Our hotel manager Scarlet was very helpful in many ways. Very knowledgeable about Bangkok and the nearby area. We loved their in-room coffee machine; we could enjoy great coffee any time of the day. Our room was quite clean except for a couple of stubborn sticky stains on the coffee table and the floor near the fridge area.

Far more exquisite location than a Sukhumvit area... Its quiet, roads are wider.. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful.... Facilities inside are well. Equipped and maintained.... Unit we booked was 2 bedroom... Its very spacious, comfy beds, can make. Some improvements in breakfast... Rest is all fine

The facilities is okay I have some construction, but not so crowd, Bangkok the air not very well, and we have a room housekeeping about water heating system they answer so weird, thanks lobby staff  Scarlett I guess is manager professional and nice helpful and smart I hope see next time Bangkok

Stayed here for a business trip. Convenient serviced apartment but location is off so if you are going for meetings it’s usually a jam once you exit the hotel. Otherwise, it’s quite a nice place.

The location of the hotel is good because it is a walk away from Silom. As a solo traveler, I was pretty much down town and things were close by. The pool was nice and there is a sauna available. I had to call the front desk for a plate but they were not answering their calls. I had to call room service but they kept referring me to the front desk. It took an hour just to get a hold of them. I wasn’t impressed about that.

Everything also prefect, just 2 big problem:
1. Hot water for bath not unlimited, you need to wait the heater to boil water.
2. The swimming pool no sunshine.
