The service was excellent. The front desk staff, Aom, Fern, Fine, and Beau, were all very warm and provided a lot of help and care. We were upgraded to an executive suite, and both the afternoon tea and Happy Hour desserts were outstanding. The cocktails also deserve high praise. The breakfast was rich and varied, and most importantly, the quality and taste of the ingredients were exceptionally well-controlled. For a hotel with such a large number of guests, this is truly commendable. It's a shame we didn't get to use the swimming pool. The gym was a bit hard to find, but the equipment was decent.

Pure relaxation! Couldn't be happier with our three-night stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok. The room was clean, spacious, and the facilities were brand new. We were greeted with chocolates upon arrival, received complimentary snacks every evening, and even macarons on our last night. Breakfast was lavish, with a variety of eggs cooked to order and Thai tea. There's also a Michelin-starred restaurant on the 7th floor. The pool is beautiful, and the gym is fully equipped. It's incredibly convenient to get to Paragon, either a three-minute walk or a quick ride in the hotel's golf cart. The staff were very enthusiastic and promptly attended to any requests. Flawless!

Amazing service, very clean, and great staff. The only downside was that the breakfast wasn't very good. The lounge on the 32nd floor has fantastic drinks, though. Highly recommended, absolutely loved it!

The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to Paragon. We took the shuttle bus back and forth every day, which was super convenient. The breakfast was amazing—I had a bowl of what I think was noodle soup every morning, and you could even get Thai milk tea right at the hotel. The only downside is that the in-room hardware wasn't very user-friendly. I tried to use the smart assistant (Xiao Meixi) to order food, but for some reason, the order just wouldn't go through. Everything else was great, though. (The complimentary drinks in the room were restocked daily.)

This was my fifth time staying at Chatrium Grand Bangkok, and it continues to be my absolute favorite place to stay. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-designed, offering a beautiful view of the city. The location is perfect, as it is just a short walk away from Siam Paragon, and the buggy service between the mall and the hotel is so convenient. What truly stood out, as always, was the exceptional service—the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Ms. Thida and Mr. Nueng for their warm welcome. Communication with the hotel was seamless through Line; the entire team was incredibly enthusiastic and always replied promptly. After five wonderful visits, I will keep coming back here on all my future trips.

Brought my mom to Thailand for a vacation. Since it was her first time here, I carefully compared several options and finally chose Chatrium Grand Bangkok. From the breakfast and the room to the service, my mom was extremely satisfied with everything. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

The Chatrium Grand Bangkok is relatively new, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are very dedicated and attentive. The cleanliness is excellent, and housekeeping does a thorough job. The breakfast spread is abundant. The hotel provides a shuttle service that runs frequently to Siam Paragon, and it's a quick ride. Overall, the value for money is good, and I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended the hotel if you are gonna order grab anyway. Great space, very nicely designed room, all you can ask for and even have us welcome chocolate bites. Dinner buffet is a little pricy, and it might be better to eat out instead. Only down side is the 10 mins walk from the BTS station
