Our stay at Sathorn Vista Bangkok was exceptional. The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms with all the amenities you could need, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. My parents particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel's convenient location, which allowed us to easily access key attractions. The sauna, pool and gym were great perks for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and my parents were very pleased with the comfort and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

This hotel is truly exceptional, and I can only express it as the best. I visited the hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and they made an incredible first impression with delicious tarts and stunning decorations. The excellent and friendly service from the culturalists, along with immediate and fast responses via messenger, made my stay incredibly convenient. I'm also very grateful for the late checkout on my last day due to my evening flight. I believe I'll visit this hotel again soon.

Location is closed to the BTS saint Louis station about 8 minutes walk away. However, you may stay in other location if you want to enjoy night life and massage relaxing as there is not available Around this hotel . For the room cleanness , it is not good as the housekeeping didn’t clean the floor and Chang the rubbish bags ( as the toilet rubbish bag seems previously one with sour smell) and they didn’t clean the floor as well . They didn’t provide the tooth paste and brush too. Overall it is average hotel only the service is good to mention.

The response from the front desk when I wanted to request airport pickup was slow. As such, I ended up needing to book separate arrangement upon arrival to get to the hotel. The staff were very nice, though it felt like we had some minor miscommunications, which left checkout feeling a bit awkward. The location is far from the subway stations, but buses are available. There's also a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The room itself was clean, though the bathroom had a strange smell, even when I'd come back from touring the city all day. I would still recommend this room if you like a quiet space to relax after touring.

Hotel was in a convenient location just 5 minutes walk to Lumpini Mrt and 8 minutes walk to the One Bangkok mall. Easy access to move between Mrt stations and BTS connections to reach places of interest. Hotel had an easy pick up and drop off area as well. Room was clean and fresh. Toilet was clean but dated. The switch between rainshower and shower head was erratic. Tv was old and as a result the colour was dull. Daily housekeeping was consistent. Buffet breakfast was average and service staff were prompt. Price of hotel room was reasonable but wouldn’t consider it a 5 star hotel either. Staff were helpful and nice when requesting assistance but not forthcoming. Overall a pleasant stay in an area that was quiet and away from the tourist vibes.

First and foremost, I was highly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the room during my stay. Furthermore, I would like to extend my appreciation to the friendly and professional staff at Grande Centre Point Lumphini Bangkok. The warm welcome and courteous service I received throughout my stay exceeded my expectations and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The facilities at the hotel, including the infinity pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room, were exceptional and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The quality and maintenance of these facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience for guests. However, I would like to highlight one drawback of my stay, which was the private party held on the rooftop restaurant without any prior alert or notification. As a result, I had to rely on room service for my meals, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been appreciated if guests were informed in advance to make alternative dining arrangements. Overall, my experience at Grande Centre Point Lumphini Bangkok was positive, thanks to the clean room, friendly staff, and excellent facilities. I would like to thank the team for their outstanding hospitality and service. I look forward to the opportunity to stay at Grande Centre Point Lumphini Bangkok again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their exceptional attention to detail—they were friendly, thoughtful, and always one step ahead in making sure guests felt comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a great balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt premium. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch—modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. I especially enjoyed the game room, which was a fun and unexpected bonus. It’s perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends and family. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern place to stay with excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

Fantastic hotel, great staff, excellent attention to detail, a wide variety of restaurants serving great food. Loved the cigar bar and the staff were very knowledgeable. Service around the pool was top notch and of course being by the river made it very comfortable. Highly recommended. 

Short 3 night stay. The location is great, right next to a BTS train station, however if you want to catch a taxi or a Grab, traffic can be horrendous there. The hotel facilities are good, with a nice infinity swimming pool and decent restaurants. The Chinese restaurant is really good. The room we stayed was good enough, on a high floor, with a nice view. Size was good, the king size bed is really big and comfortable and the amenities were ok. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its my second time at this hotel and probably I will keep coming back to it.

Friendly and helpful staff at the check-in desk. room is spacious and clean, and everything worked as they should. Bed and pillows were very comfy too. Complimentary breakfast was a truly nice touch. Location is great, walking distance to Sathorn pier when planning to experience Bangkok by the Chao Phraya River. Will stay here again when I’m returning to the Silom/Bang Rak area :)
