I enjoyed the clean and spacious room, everything was just perfect. The bathroom with tub was great, good gym, however, the pool is not big we didn't spend time there, and I liked the steam room to be open longer 8 is too soon for tourists. There are so many Indians in the hotel as other people mentioned in comments and it is ok, breakfast was good and complete I enjoyed the veggies, middle eastern items and omelet however warm food was mostly Thai and Indian not my favorite but there were so many items to enjoy, especially for the reasonable price. In terms of location there is a bus stop just outside the hotel and you can get everywhere with bus. From hotel to palladium station is around 20 minutes. Also there is a metro station 10minutes walk from hotel. If you want to be around old parts of the town like asiatique and Chinatown and Iconsiam,Hotel is far away around 90 minutes with bus and 1hour with taxi because of the traffic. There is always traffic in the city. All in all we liked the room the food and staff. We had an early check in and the view in our level was fantastic.
The hotel is near to Central Rama 9, in room there are full kitchen with utensils, and Mr Nigel the GM is very attentive to ensure that everything is perfect during our stay, staffs are very helpful and attentive too, the only issues is a distance from hotel to the mall, has to be done under hot sun or rain, will be perfect if there are buggy service to swnd the guests to the mall.
Exceptional Stay at Cassia Rama 9!
I had an amazing experience at Cassia Rama 9 Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and offered a breathtaking view that made my stay even more special.
The staff truly stood out—they were not only professional and attentive but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s ambiance, amenities, and overall vibe were just perfect.
If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, and outstanding service, Cassia Rama 9 is the place to be. Can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went as solo traveller and the staff there Mikey, Ploy and Boom helped me to change to a room with a king size bed instead of 2 single beds.
The room is generally cleaned, provided bottles of water, soft drinks also coconut water for free.
Only bad thing is the location isn’t near to any train stations, but easy to find if taking grabs. Soundproofing kinda sucks, I can hear ppl talking outside and walking by.
But overall I was happy to stay.
I went to stay for medical check up with hospital nearby. Little improvement is needed if the hotel has electric vehicle to escort who cannot walk or can only walk short distance. Shuttle van to designated points is hard to use. Need to book almost 2 hours in advance. Food okay. Hygiene okay. Mattress good with blanket and pillow.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great location and the staff were very helpful. There could be a bit more coordination though, we had informed them that we’d be checking out at 1:00 PM, but housekeeping still knocked on our door at 12:00 PM to ask if we had checked out. Despite that, it was definitely worth the price we paid.
Location: average. They provide pick up and going to suttisan mrt station.
Cleanliness : I am comfortable with it.
Service : average. They are supposed to give me just a normal bowl of noodle, which I wanted to claim on my last day of check out before going to airport, the reception told me, it is only valid for before checkout time. Don't see what is the difference. Not that i like it so much, it is just to feel the stomach before going to airport. But I couldn't be bothered asking for their reason.
Meals : bought the one with breakfast. Meal is OK. FOR ONE DAY. You will get bored if you have it more than two days. It is the same thing everyday. No coffee as well. Only soy bean and milk. And last two days, they added some juice.
Summary:
I like the cleanliness and had a good sleep. But I didn't like their location. After about a day of traveling, I find it really far. Took almost 30minutes to go back to hotel from Siam or Central world area. Didn't particularly like the level of service because it is just looking at how much money can get out of each customer. For a night is OK. Anything longer, seems like just too far out of the way. Plus they have a lot of Chinese nationalities, so smoking may be an issue.
Good Budget Option in Bangkok
This hotel offers great value for its affordable price. The rooms are clean, the Wi-Fi works well, and there’s a small balcony and even a gym (though I didn’t get a chance to use it). The location is decent but requires a bit of a walk—about 2.1 km to the nearest train station—so you may need to use Grab. The staff was fine, but early check-in wasn’t available. Overall, a solid choice for budget travelers!

We were enjoy much to stay 5D4N there, I will come back again, there is a good facility fo the washing machine and dryer 2 in 1. Also, a few step ahead to the boat terminal, easy to get it to patunam market and Central world.
There are also have shuttle service to MRT and BTS, but the schedule is a bit late for those have program on the early morning, pls do check the schedule as per attachment.

Outstanding
GGendanClose to the MRT very good room facilities. Interior and design also very good. I will recommend anyone to come to stay here. Not so busy in a quiet corner. But transportation are all easy to access to.
LLightx0I had visited this place before, and it’s super budget-friendly. The rooms are spotless, and the new room I got (it wasn’t a corner room, but it’s got better soundproofing!) is a real treat.
北北商西屯Checking out at 8:15, there was a major power outage in the hotel. It was also the peak period for group check-outs, so I had to carry my two luggage downstairs from the 7th floor by myself. The stairs were full of items when I came down. The hotel has no fire prevention awareness, You can see it from the pictures.
Hotel has many tour groups checking in and out daily. Daily midnight and morning at 6 to 7 o'clock, you will be woken up by the noise.
KKENG PRACHYAThe room is clean, soundproof, quiet, and comfortable for sleeping. The staff provides good service, and there is 24-hour food service. Transportation is convenient, with a 7-11 in front of the hotel. The hotel is part of the same chain as A One Hotel.
MMark from KL, MalaysiaWe had a wonderful time at Hallton Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. Our room is cozy and spacious, and we have a stable internet connection. The hotel is close to Huai kwang MRT station, but we prefer to take a Grab. We have booked for 15 days and we have no complaints so far.
JJayatjapanDisadvantages: There is no 24-hour check-in counter. When I arrived, I had to wait in front of the hotel. I had to call to inform them that I had arrived. Check-in at 2 pm. The room was not finished yet. The clothes of other customers were still in the room. 🫥 I booked a 2-bedroom room. Fortunately, I could change it because I was very tired at that time. I wanted to go to bed. The air conditioner cooled slowly. There was no tissue. The pillow was a bit hard. They should have tucked paper inside to prevent stains.
Note: The room is not soundproof. You can hear people talking in the next room.
Pros: It is near 7-11, the motorcycle taxi stand, and there are quite a few food shops.
If you just want to sleep, it is okay because it is convenient.
