Hidden gem!!! Expected nothing - received only positive vibes from that place! Paid just 85 USD for 2 nights (Grand Corner Room) incl. breakfast for 3 people and got: 1. Great, 40 sq. meters 2 bedroom room w. balcony. 2. Exceptional location. Quiet street but 7-10 minutes walk to On Nut BTS/Lotus/Big C. A few minutes walk to 7/11. No awful traffic around compared to Siam/Sathorn/Asok tourist areas. 3. Good breakfast. Both Asian/international. Best omelettes I have ever had in my Asia Pacific numerous trips. 4. Just 25 minutes ride to Suvarnabhumi airport. 5. Very polite and helpful staff. 6. Special thanks from the cigarettes smokers. Great ashtray type of ”gadget” on the wall at the balcony. Very convenient! Thanks :) Overall a great value for money. Surely will return next time if hotel keep this price/quality.

A short walk from the taller more famous Baiyoke Sky Hotel, this sister hotel suites are more affordable and can use the same hotel shuttles bookable from reception. Though my room has some problems ( such as room phone not working, door cannot open), the service staff came to rectify. I had not wanted staff to come into room (housekeeping) after I extended another night. But they came and cleared rubbish from bin, restock drinking water ect. Hopefully, I trust nothing important was taken, except my used plastic box which I thought of reusing, but cleaner discarded, thinking it as single-use disposable bec it was not well cleaned by me.

Highly recommend for everyone to stay it near pratunam and other mall including platinum, central world & big C you may spend around 10-20min by walking to be there (it not far or take a lot of time if you’re go there for a

Absolutely wonderful location! Second time staying here as I was travelling for a Countdown concert and had booked a different room type but again, the room is very spacious and has plenty of amenities. View was also very good. The only down side was that the room I was given this time did not seem to be recently furbished and could use some touching up. But overall cleanliness was still good and service by staff was good. Was given a free lychee drink to sample when I was checking in, much needed as a respite from Bangkok's heat! Would still stay here again for future trips.

The hotel's location near Ratchaprarop ARL station, although advertised as a 15-20 minute walk to Phaya Thai BTS or Victory Monument, proved a bit far for us, especially traveling with an elderly person. We ended up walking most places, which was convenient for exploring Pratunam, CentralWorld, and Big C – particularly for late-night outings. The area felt safe and clean (though a little dusty). However, the room amenities were somewhat lacking: slippers and toothbrushes weren't provided, and we needed extra hangers. Thankfully i came all prepared. I’d suggest the hotel to provide proper teaspoon instead of the flimsy stirrer, it would be a better improvement for guest to make their hot drinks. One pillow wasn't enough for comfortable sleeping, but I did enjoy the bathtub! There's also a 200 baht cash deposit, FYI. But the staff were all very nice. They also have a coffee maker in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Overall, I wouldn't mind booking this hotel again because it's really affordable. Good morning view because I see a cat sunbathing everyday on the neighbourhood zinc roof.

Recommended place is clean and relaxing Although quite a but bar to shopping mall and places for tourists area but its fine

It is within walking distance from the airport and there are many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and I will go there again next time.

The Hotel is walkable from BTS station. They offer a 24 hour check in and check out services. They are located in the sea of thai local food and there is a temple near them . They actually change our bedding and towels everyday and replace our complimentary water everyday which is a big plus for us. They are taking out the garbage everyday.The room is not actually big but can accommodate all our needs. Their curtains are black out curtains 🤭 which is very important to our kid. The elevator is functional and clean. Everything was so perfect. It is very near asiatique, icon siam, wat arun, wat pho. Just take a bts train. The staff is very polite. Even the corrigdors are clean! The environment is very safe and quiet. There is a 7/11 just in front of the hotel. They also do car servicing. Definitely will book this again or will reccommend it to others.

I love how cozy they are, just feel like I’m in my own apartment! But have room services. Receptions are very kind and friendly! They also have a van to Suvannabhum Airport every 30 minutes 24/7 service in acceptable price. At home cafe eatery Watermelon smoothie is RECOMMENDED!!! Recommend for :solo travelers or couples it maybe too small for families in one room The room includes small culinary zone, shower, living room and bedroom and a small balcony also a laundry room on first floor. Swimmingl pool available also!

Nice if you want to be very close to nightlife, redlight, restaurant, bars and music. There is a 7/11 store just across the street in front of the hotel. Area is not really suitable for kids though. Very friendly staff. Small basic modern style rooms but very clean and functional. Only really bad thing was the towels that were very smelly even when freshly changed... literally unusable. Not much noise from outside coming in but you hear every word from the rooms around you and the corridor. Breakfast is 6:00-10:30 am, costs 282 THB (january 2025) and is a nice buffet worth the prize (nothing luxurious but a decent joice for western and asian breakfast. Nice rooftop bar and a little pool for a dip and some (always occupied) sunchairs. BTS station Nana or Phloen Chit are both within 6 minutes walking distance.
