Hotels in Pratunam Market, Bangkok

Booked connected 2 rooms during our stay for 3 nights. Location is good but not the nearest to pratunam shopping area . There is a short route to BTS Phaya Thai which is very convenient. 7 eleven is nearby. Massage service is at lobby which is superb after a long day walk. Front desk check in is at another hotel connected to this hotel . Friendly front desk staffs .. Room is very clean and comfortable However the only con is the thin soundproof plus lift sound that echo throughout the night. We are not sure if is our floor only. For those light sleeper, might need to consider or prepare to wear ear piece to go through the nights 🫢

Very convenient location for shopping and eating. Hotel located in the heart of the Pratunam shopping district, i like the room , very clean and friendly staff. Also hotel have a massage service . It is ideally situated directly opposite Platinum Fashion Mall and near Pratunam Market. The bed is comfortable , great value for money, and convenient access to street food, big C . I will like to stay here for my next trip.

I had a great experience staying at Cubic Pratunam. The staff were very accommodating — I arrived early and although there were no rooms available yet for early check-in, they kindly let me wait in the lobby. When a group of other guests became loud and rude (Malaysians during my stay), I let the staff know and they immediately offered to move me to a quieter lobby area, which I really appreciated. A few minutes later, they managed to check me in early anyway! The location is also fantastic — walking distance to Platinum Mall, Decembers, and lots of other affordable shopping spots. Perfect for those who want to shop and explore central Bangkok without breaking the bank. Would definitely stay again!

Check in was smooth, the place right in pratunam area, in front of the hotel there are a lot of food vendor, the hotel was good, clean and no weird smell.

The hotel location is a bit far, but overall the stay was acceptable. The buggy service was generally fine, though during peak hours we had to wait. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the complimentary head massage and photo-taking services. We tried the night supper once; despite using the queue pager, we still waited about 15–20 minutes. The room was okay, however the shower area drainage was not good even after staff attempted to clear it. The corridor also had a slight unpleasant smell. Our request for early check-in was not granted, and late check-out was only extended until 1pm, not the 2pm stated on the website. The breakfast hall was crowded and the food selection was average. Overall, it was an average stay experience.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's an old hotel that has been renovated. The breakfast is decent. Currently, the area around Pratunam is undergoing major road construction, and piling goes on late into the night, which is really noisy. I wouldn't recommend staying here in the short term. Knowing how things work in Thailand, it'll probably take several years to finish. The location is convenient though, as you can walk to many places.

The room was comfortable and spacious, perfect for a family. It had a private room and complete facilities, including a scale to check luggage weight. We were able to check in late at night because there was staff on standby.

Overall service and experience with this hotel is excellent. Receive welcome from lobby staff upon arrival. Luggage were send to your room, while you proceed to reception to check-in. Room was tiny and clean. Lighting was good and sufficient. Toilet was clean, only issue was the water leaking out of the bath area after bathing. Can leave luggage at recep for storage after 12pm checkout. Ground staff was friendly and even follow up if your grab ride has arrived or not and chat with you. Whole 3d2n stay was good. I'm quite picky on hotel stays so i do recommend this hotel for everyone.

HHad a pleasant stay at Gateway Hotel Pratunam. The location is very convenient—close to shopping areas and easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A good choice for a smooth and hassle-free stay in Bangkok.

We had a comfortable stay at Bangkok Pratunam hotel. The hotel is near at pratunam night market and i like The view of it every morning and night. Also, I would like to commend the staff they were very accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
