Efficient, clean, and convenient. This hotel’s location is close to a key BTS line and Emquartier/ Emporium malls, and nearby there are many dining options. It’s particularly handy to have a 7/11 convenience store by the entrance. All my encounters with staff have been helpful, truly appreciate their responsiveness.

Stayed at the hotel for a few nights and enjoyed my stay. Very satisfied. Friendly staff and helpful. Will consider staying again for sure!

I recently stayed at ibis Bangkok Riverside, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel’s location is perfect—right by the river, allowing you to enjoy a scenic view while having breakfast. One of the biggest highlights is its proximity to IconSiam, just a short 10-minute walk away. This makes it super convenient since IconSiam is one of Bangkok’s top shopping and dining destinations. Although the hotel is tucked away in a small alley, it feels safe as the main road is well-lit and always bustling with people. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is great for grabbing snacks, drinks, or quick meals. Plus, the area is lined with popular eateries, making it a great spot for food lovers. The staff at ibis Bangkok Riverside are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite the hotel being built quite some time ago, it is well-maintained, and during my visit, they were even upgrading the garden, which shows their commitment to keeping the property fresh and welcoming. Overall, ibis Bangkok Riverside offers great value for money, with an unbeatable location, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Value for money for staying in a great location that allows easy access to shopping malls and public transport. Below 150 baht to go to Grand Palace area by Grab. Room is old but clean. Small room and toilet but for travellers who spend most of their time outside and only sleep at the hotel there’s nothing to fault. Our room is facing west. It was quiet at night and we had great sleeps. For those who care much about ventilation, please note there’s a bit of damp smell as we first walked into the room. But we got used to it during our two-night stay and it wasn’t a problem for us. Basic and functional amenities so don’t expect much. There’s a 7-11 in the lobby - small but it’s got all the necessities we needed. Surprisingly there’s another 7-11 just one minute walk from the hotel. Not too many food options immediately around the hotel but lots of places for a variety of great flavours within 10-15 min walking distance in any direction. Staff are kind and helpful. Two hours after checking out, I realised I left my AirPods behind in the room. The hotel was able to find them and return to me at the front desk.

This hotel is located just in the middle of the action if you are into nightlife. It’s also close to favourite tourist spots like icon Siam and Asiatique which are just few drives away. Amenities are okay, staffs are helpful and the breakfast choices is one of the best. I strongly recommend this hotel.
