We came with very high expectations. From getting out from the taxi and being whisked to the 39th floor to check in to the time we checked out, everything was seamless, especially the staff which were most responsive to any request we had, as were also the complimentary room upgrade. The id work was stunning, and we also appreciate the beautiful fresh flowers arrangements. Food at the deli and skybar was tasty. The one item that was annoying was the Chrome Cast on the tv. I couldn't set it up with my latest Honor phone and my partner's OPPO needed far too many steps to get the job done. Mirroring or Screen Sharing options are much more user friendly. Overall I would give a 9.5/10 for our night's stay

A good location which was walking distance to where we wanted to be but not everyone would be happy with this location. The hotel had everything we needed including a great little rooftop pool and chill area. Great staff, excellent breakfast and everything was perfect for our short two day stay. Recommended!

I recently stayed at Hotel Sapin, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to nearby popular attractions. In terms of service, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Whether it was asking for sightseeing recommendations or making special requests, they were always attentive. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the food was fresh—several dishes were particularly delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would definitely consider coming back next time!

This is a very unique hostel, specifically for *** travelers. You can have a lot of fun in this cute hostel. The staff, especially a staff name: Fox, he speaks English well and is very friendly—and also cute! Most of the guests are from China and Taiwan. I was hoping to meet some Western people, but I only saw 1-2 Westerners. If you're looking for ”fun,” you can stay here. However, if you're expecting to sleep well, I suggest finding another hostel. This place is for travelers who love fun and partying. We never really sleep anyway, lol. Staying here was quite an experience in Bangkok.

Hot water shower on and off, not smooth. However air con is very strong . The bad thing about this location is the location of the google map is wrong. Almost all grab drivers are unable to find the drop off point of the hotel. The driver do not know that they have to drive in.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and top-notch service.

We had an amazing time at Movenpick BDM wellness. The hotel is clean and boasts with hospitality. It was my son’s 7th birthday and they made it extra special by setting up balloons in our room, also sent a small bday cake to the room. My son was so happy. Special thanks to cleaning staff Rose for her effort and the rest of the team and also to Pang at the breakfast buffet, she got some pastries and lit up a candle for my son to blow. Very kind of everyone. The chocolate hour is also not to miss. The gym and pool are also very well maintained. I also love that they have a running path at the hotel. Breakfast was great and had healthy options. There’s a small playroom next to the restaurant as well, my kids enjoyed it. We have a vacation club membership from another famous hotel chain so we usually go there when in bkk but having stayed here. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to bkk. We also like that it is close to Central Embassy and Central Chidlom. Highly recommend this hotel! You get your money’s worth.

I booked the Oriental Residence Bangkok on Trip.com for a business conference stay and stayed in the one bedroom suite with park view with my partner. I chose the hotel because it appeared less ostentatious than most hotels in that stretch. The Oriental Residence Bangkok is discreet. If you appreciate quiet, solitude and discretion, then this is what you will get during your stay. For travellers who are looking for an adventure or close proximity to a shopping mall, this might not be the place for you. The overall experience at this hotel was fine. It was what was to be expected in a 5-star hotel. The hotel room that we had was spacious and had most of the amenities needed (especially if you are a remote worker who needs to be on your laptop 24/7). The internet is fast and the workspace station comfortable enough to get things done without distraction. The kitchen is fully furnished in the event you need bowls, plates or cups for an inside meal. There is also a decent washer-dryer that can be used if you would like to wash dirty laundry. The hotel also provides twice a day cleaning - one in the mid-afternoon and a turn down service in the evening. Because of this meticulous approach to cleanliness, my allergies were not triggered at all which was definitely a huge thumbs up. I had no issue whatsoever with their bedding and linen. In fact, it was so sleep-friendly that I had a good rest for the entire trip. This is quite something for someone with irregular sleep patterns. The only gripe I had with the hotel was that they were not able to accept a payment deposit without an actual credit card. I had a virtual credit card and barely any cash on hand. However, this is a minor issue and not something that I am particularly miffed about. I have read some of the 1-star reviews with regards to this hotel, and not experienced any of them. If you are a business traveller looking for a quiet and decent 5-star place to stay, this hotel does the job.

New hotel in the middle of everything. I stayed in the solo room for 3 nights. At check in the hotel was 3 days old. So obviously it’s all very new and clean. The staff were really social from check in until check out. Because I check in during songkran I was gifted a water gun to join the festivities. The room is the smallest room type they have. And after a conversation with the staff they only have 2 rooms this small. I was also able to grab a discount on trip so I ended up paying a bit over 4000bath for my stay. Usually this room type cost 1600 per night. Slippers, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner and body wash all included. Hairdryer kettle water and fridge in the room. Cleaning was good. The first night the cups I had used for coffee had just been rinsed. But that didn’t happen again the rest of the stay. At check in the water was leaking under the sink, I informed the reception when going out for dinner and the issue has been fixed when I got back I guess since this is a new hotel you will find some things not being 100% ready by the hotel will fix it immediately. Also the pool is located on the first floor. However it is not ready. Still under construction without a deadline. So if this is important for you do check with the hotel before booking. Breakfast included was very simple. But has what you need. Coffee not that great for me that is used to stronger coffee. But that’s just me. You will be welcomed at floor two and asked right away if you wish eggs and how you want if prepared. I tried omelet and fried eggs they were good. Comfortable bed. And really nice pillows. Ac is quiet and becomes cold. Located in an alley but walking distance to Mbk/paragon/siam center etc. so really convenient. And close to McDonald’s and 7 eleven if you get hungry at night. Or just want a snack.
