Bangkok Hotels with Wifi

This building is a little old, but compared to other Hilton locations, it takes a small discount because of that. I thought that the location and service was great. You are right next to Soi Cowboy, and the hotel's guest policy is completely fine with taking home a +1. The service was good. All staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English. My trip.com booking at late check out included, but I am unsure if the staff knew that. Regradless, when I asked for it, they gave me ”complementary late check out” which didn't make much sense because it should've already been in my booking. There was a small deposit (2000 baht maybe), which they will hold for many weeks if done by card. This is annoying. The room is a little old and the power outlets a little dated. The ones by the desk were fine, but the ones by the bed didn't support all types. The bathroom was cool and I appreciated the amenities included and the bathtub. However, do not expect any extra things such as a razor in the bathroom and a scale (these can be found at other hilton properties, such as the Conrad). I believe you could've requested a razor from the front desk though. Breakfast was pretty good. I was surprised that they also had wait staff who would bring you food/drinks and clear your plates. They had nice coffee machines that made good coffee. Cooked to order bacon and freshly pressed juices and veggie smoothies. Breakfast was surprising good. Service was a highlight of this location, I believe. I would say that maybe for about 25 dollars more you could stay at another Hilton property, the Conrad, but the location wouldn't be as nice. I think that this is probably the best hotel for Soi Cowboy for the quality, price, service, and distance.

My stay at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff is extremely attentive, always smiling, and ready to help. The room was perfectly quiet and well soundproofed—you can hear a faint noise from the street, but absolutely nothing from the neighbors. The bedding is simply magical; it feels like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast is varied and of great quality, with plenty of options to start the day right. The location is also a big plus: the hotel is well situated, close to the metro, with a 7/11 just downstairs and plenty of street food options nearby. It also features a rooftop with stunning views and a poolside bar, perfect for relaxing. The only small downside? I didn’t get my welcome cocktail… Which just goes to show how flawless everything else was!

Pro - Receptionists are friendly - Guards are helpful - Room is spacious - Complete toiletries  - With hair dryer and can request for iron - They clean our room everyday for 7 days and replenish everything  - The provide drinking water everyday - Near to train station and 711, and UOB Bank Cons - No lounge in the lobby so you can sit and wait for Grab - The toilet bowl is noisy after you flush, the loud noise would last for 10-15seconds every time you flash the toilet - Usually crowded with so many people in the lobby - The bed is hard - The pillows are too soft - The body soap amount is so little for 2 persons - The iron and iron stand looked so old

Awesome stay. The staffs were very polite and helpful. They displayed good customer service from the start to the end. I’m very happy with my stay. As it was my wedding anniversary,they decorated the room with rose petals. It was a sweet gesture. Definitely will come back again

Location is centrally located . With free shuttle or 10 mins walk to the bts. Free breakfast and a nice onsen room. My 3rd time staying here. And highly recommend.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect – conveniently situated close to key attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and top-notch service.

I love the vibes and ambience there. Really close to massage place and 7eleven. Easy to get geab or bolt too. Very close to big c and central plaza Bangna too. Hope to stay there again soon. Tq

I would like to flag an issue happened during my stay. I have 2 bookings, 1st one from 20-21 April; 2nd one from 21–23 April. That makes a total 3 nights stay and I have already let them know upon check-in. 21 April night, 23:03, a hotel staff knocked my door and asked me to leave as he claimed I only had 1 night booking. I was trying to explain and show him the booking confirmation, but he insisted I need to go down and talk to him downstairs. He kept showing me how his system looks like and telling me I only had 1 night. So instead of going to bed, I had to put on my clothes and go down to sort it out. The rude staff left, however, there was another one with a resting ***** face sitting in the reception. When I explained what happened to me just now, he just said “I know I know”, I don’t really know what he knows, and he had really arrogant attitude. He didn’t even want to apologise for all the hassle caused to me in the midnight. I hope the owner sees this post, and your 2 staff deserved to be fired. I am not coming back to this place again.

It is very perfectly experience for my this stay in this Hotel. Surprised before the Songkran Festival, they have special arrangements for the guest in 8/F rest lobby room to serve drink 🍷 and snacks. The Hotel have very good room and common areas for the guest, even inside the Hotel with family is very nice. The Hotel staffs is also very kind and well-trained with professional service

Everything is ok but the guest inside the room is quite noise, not easy to sleep quen they check in late
