The highlight was definitely the lobby downstairs. I stayed in an executive suite on the 19th floor. The service was excellent, with small snacks and cocktail hour (hi-tea). The swimming pool was also good. However, many rooms – almost all of them, in fact – had a musty smell. They tried to mask it with a strong perfume, which made my nose hurt if I stayed in there for too long, especially since I'm a bit sensitive to smells. After a few days, they stopped spraying the perfume, and the mildew smell became even stronger.

The room was clean and well-decorated. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The location is great, with direct access to Siam Paragon. Overall, I was very satisfied. The only two minor drawbacks were the long wait during check-out and the anti-slip mat in the shower felt a bit old.
