Quaint fairytale themed hotel. Beautiful inside court gardens. Included breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit cup with yogurt and granola, eggs and bolon, coffee and tea and fresh juice. Staff were very accommodating and cheerful. Would return without hesitation. Two minor inconveniences are sugar ants so, bring some alcohol spray to ensure you don’t bring them home on your luggage. Second inconvenience would be the very high climb into the shower / bath tub stall. Quite dangerous for anyone to slip and have a serious injury so, be forewarned.

We actually cut short our stay at another hotel which was rated higher on Tripadvisor and moved to Chamana. It was infinitely better than the first place we staid at, great service and a fun place to stay. Game room was in excellent shape and included breakfast was delicious. One day I had a 7am meeting and although breakfast started at 8am, they brought me coffee at 7am to help get me though that meeting. Really exceeded my expectations.

Hotel très jolie, personnel adorable, service impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. L'hôtel est sur le thème de Alice aux pays des merveilles. Il y a un petit bassin avec un pont traversant super jolie. Tout est bien, toute fois, faite attention si il pleut, le sol est un peu glissant.

Habitación amplia, luminosa con un bonito balcón, la gente muy amable, nos trataron bonito, nos ayudaron en todo, en el desayuno el personal fue el mejor. Las instalaciones perfectas, es un lugar donde descansar y tomarse lindas fotos. Les recomiendo.

El lugar se encuentra ubicado en Ulba una parroquia Baños. Bien ubicada, si lo que buscas es alejarte un poco del centro de Baños. El acceso a esta hosteria es bueno, la carretera está en buen estado. Al llegar al hostal te encuentras con un amplio parqueadero, hermosos jardines, la atención del personal es cordial, y las habitaciones limpias, personalmente creo que las habitaciones son un poco obscuras y no permite disfrutar del paisaje del entorno. Si eres turista nacional te darás cuenta que no tienes cobertura de tu operador de telefonía móvil. Pero el hostal cuenta con wifi. El hospedaje incluye desayuno, y es muy rico pero no tienes variedad, es decir te sirven lo que tienen. Hay comentarios de todo tipo para este hospedaje y creo que se debe a que ha estado administrado por diferentes dueños, hoy en mi visita supe que vendrá otra administración por lo que precios o servicios pueda cambiar. Yo Pague $35 la noche e incluye desayuno
