The rooms were spacious and very clean, with beautiful views of the mountains. Hot water showers were great. It was safe and quiet and not far away from the Banos tourist attractions. The owners were vere hospitable and would return next time.

Karla and family made this gem an absolute pleasure for our three day trip....rooms were clean, fresh,and spacious. Right in perfect walking distance to town center....very safe part of village and quite beautiful courtyard

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lugar, es excelente en todo sentido, el servicio, las instalaciones, las habitaciones, 100% recomendado es un lugar tranquilo en donde puedes descansar, relajarte y disfrutar de Baños de Agua Santa.

Mala experiencia, se nos extravió $40 solares de la habitación y el personal no nos permite revisar las cámaras. Tener cuidado a ir hoteles que den información falsa en redes sociales y asegurarse de leer la experiencia de todas las personas. Por lo visto malas experiencias

Bastante mala experiencia, empezando porque no funcionaba el wifi de manera correcta, además no habían dicho de tener servicio de spa cuando no era así, solo un servicio de masajes que se podía contratar por 30 dólares. Además las camas incomodas, a nuestro baño le faltaba una ventana y el supuesto desayuno de buffet era muy pequeño y en caso de querer pedir un segundo jugo nos quisieron cobrar aparte. El personal poco atento nadie sabi como solucionar los problemas que surgieron y finalmente la piscina temperada la tenian apagada, era muy pequeña y solo la prendían algunas pocas veces
