The rooms you are getting is noting to compare to the website. False pictures and description . The rooms are small and old with filthy mattresses . Carpet and couch is old and stinky. The bed size is now king as advertised , but they pretend that it is. There is no Wifi. Spa is very dark and the kids small pool is located in a very humid and unbreathable area, you can easily get a hard attack by just sitting there. Steam rooms smelled very bad, they havent been cleaned for a while, shock pool outside was full of branches and had green on the stairs, water was not changed at all. Food is the same- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Same plates stays there all day, everything is tasteless, cold and even you can find a hair. Sanitation is level ZERO! One working elevator only. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Tired and dirty hotel, big problem with cockroaches, food from one day is re-used in several times in different forms. Bad attitude from staff and no manager to be seen. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for the prices they are asking.
