酒店智能化比較高，應該是老酒店改造的，旁邊有個大院提供免費停車，離直隸總督府也不遠，周圍沒啥超市和飯店，也可能是因為過年期間，不足之處就是房間稍小，完靠窗的榻榻米晚上休息的時候有些涼，不過考慮到性價比，還是可以的。

灰鯨智能酒店住了6天，總體感覺很棒，親民價格星級服務。室內還有小沙發，智能機器人、智能馬桶，衞生間很大。前台小姐姐漂亮又熱情，感謝小馬等熱情接待。打掃衞生的阿姨也很熱心、細心，很感謝鄭阿姨等服務員暖心的服務。餐廳的早餐乾淨、好吃，還可以自己煎雞蛋，服務人員也熱情。老闆更是熱情、隨和，春節還有細心的提供餃子，更是主動幫助走路困難客人，感受到家的温馨。

酒店很好，衞生也很好，打掃的很及時，下午出去玩回來發現把我房間打掃好了，東西都還在，垃圾沒了，床鋪好了，毛巾和水什麼的也補上了。前台24小時都有人!!!感覺好安全，也有洗衣房哈哈哈哈，前台小姐姐也很温柔!

之所以選擇離辦公地五公里的這個酒店就是因為之前來住衞生搞得很好 和三百多的酒店比都強很多，但是這次入住第一天 滿床不明毛髮 污漬 沙發油漬 因為太累了選擇湊合睡 ，第二天特意找了保潔大姐説了換床單 回來沒換又將就一晚 ，可第三天去到前台叮囑 晚上回來依舊沒換！就換個床單真的很難為人嗎？要求真的很過份嗎？無語至極
