Every time I stay in this hotel, the service is very good, there are many things to send, and there is also free laundry and shoe shine. The service staff for the supper is very warm. The breakfast is also very rich, clean and tidy.

1.水果和夜宵説是四選一實際上根本沒得選
2.洗漱台特別小，地板沾水之後很滑，入住當晚就因為滑倒閃了腰！緊急貼了膏葯，之後的行程還是不得不將大部分時間放在卧床修養上
3.桌子又小又矮，啥都擺不下，我腰又閃着了，吃飯都吃的不得勁

這次遊寶雞，都住在金翎假日酒店，就是不想每天換住處。沒想到待遇極好，每天有水果酸奶小零食；每晚有夜宵，住了五天都沒重樣，八寶粥小湯圓小餛飩薏米稀飯；每天送燙腳水和燙腳盆；服務員的服務到位，笑容真誠。下次來寶雞一定住這家，也會給朋友們推薦，已經發了朋友圈廣而告之了。
選這家酒店，是因為一樓就是寶雞有名的令氏家外家餐廳，吃飽就馬上能卧倒慢慢消食。這家餐廳名不虛傳，沒吃夠就得離開，還挺遺憾的。

房間乾淨，有迎賓的足浴和水果，還有夜宵，每天不重樣。房間內設施齊全，還有洗手液和洗衣液，一次性馬桶墊、濕巾、皮筋，應有盡有。早飯非常棒，品種多，都是地道的陝西美食，扶風臊子麪、糖糕、麪皮、醋粉都好吃，早晨還吃到了類似菊花的魚片，特別鮮嫩可口。早飯的粥熬得很地道，濃稠軟糯，南瓜粥我愛喝。樓下緊挨着令氏家外家餐廳，都是好吃的，還能外帶寶雞特產。酒店每天無限量供應瓶裝水，點贊！停車方便，樓下都是停車場。服務員李亞萍很好，服務周到，收拾房間時還細心幫助擦了行李箱。值得選擇的一個酒店。離開退房時有伴手禮，東西雖小情意重。

説説對這家酒店的感覺：第一是房間不大，裝修風格比較暗，但是乾淨整潔。
第二是早餐還比較豐盛，特別是有當地的一些小吃，包括麪條、小米鍋盔、玉米鍋盔，醋粉、擀麪皮兒等，做的比較地道。
第三是餐廳的幾位服務員都挺熱情，有問必答，勤快、利索、熱情。比如我遇見的劉艷、黃佳敏、趙利。給了服務五星主要是給餐廳的服務。
第四是前台服務中規中矩，大家在評論區裏提到的升級客房啊，免費送早餐啊我們都沒有遇到。服務意識方面應該學習餐廳。
第五是餐廳和後面的美食城是連在一起的，飯菜確實做的不錯，晚餐點了一碗小份兒的扯麪，那巨大的碗驚着我了，味道非常好，早餐的“一口香“麪條可以試試。。
最後：水無限供應，不錯。

先給客房部管家郝淑舒平女士的服務，打個滿分。入住時正值生理期，她打掃衞生時發現，附上了紅糖薑茶和暖寶寶，很貼心。入住時，也提供了泡腳桶泡腳，十分感謝。
酒店設施不算新，勝在考慮周到，房間方正，衞生乾淨。加之餐廳服務也認真，早飯較豐富，有性價比。
就是前台服務較客房和餐廳服務稍遜色些。
