房間乾淨.整潔.無異味，周邊有市場，有商店和食堂方便就餐，周邊有公交站台，方便出行，離植物園不遠可以出去遊玩

房間比較寬敞，但是房內有大飛蛾。還不容易抓到那種國慶節人多房價湊湊的漲。早飯有饅頭油餅鹹菜。如果對品質要求比較高的就算了。

這根本就是一家亂來的店！強力推薦不要去住！誰去倒黴！當天5點左右定的房間，6點左右就給確認本人已經入住！本人到店夜間11點左右！別告知已經確認本人入住了！真的是無語了！還用本地方言告訴保安讓他臨時收拾房間，這個契約精神去哪裡了？對消費者有欺詐行為！已經報警處理

看着圖片和點評而來，卻極其失望，不知那些好評從何而來？首先説設施，房間所有燈打開都是一般樓道的光，很暗；拿起一瓶水準備喝卻發現本身就是打開的；想給前台反映一下卻發現房間的電話是壞的，沒有任何信號！再説衞生，因為燈光很暗（我們入住時是晚上8點左右，外面已經全黑了），衹能發現大的説説：兩床之間過道有前面房客撕扔的塑料紙有一掌長；床燈照射下床和中間小櫃子之間厚厚的灰塵夾雜着一盒不知名的白色圓東西，東倒西歪躺那兒；桌子下還有一條不知名的彩色包裝紙。床上看着衞生，可是等我洗漱完躺下，我的天呀，刺鼻的煙味隱隱從枕頭兩側散發出來，由於無法聯繫前台也因為太晚，不想給別人添麻煩可是卻麻煩了自己，一晚上忍啊忍，實在忍不住爬起來悄悄到過道上透氣，這樣我一晚上幾乎沒閤眼！前台説話很有親和力，可惜硬件實在不行啊！
