We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Baoji. Calvin Chen was very helpful and friendly. He speaks English well, which made our stay easy. He was professional, polite, and always ready to help.
The room was big, clean, and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable, and the toilet was clean and nice to use. There was plenty of storage space for our things.
The gym was large and had all the equipment we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices.
Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel!

帶家人來寶雞玩，爬了一趟雞峯山，累着了。海棠假日這家酒店確實不錯，前台美女服務態度好，給小孩又是送飲料，又是送零食，酒店環境好，早餐不錯，給游泳池一個五星好評，乾淨衞生，小孩遊了幾圈，體驗不錯。總體來説，這次旅遊來入住體驗挺好！

設施：國際連鎖酒店，品質放心，房間設施都很不錯，主要是房間面積很大，辦公還是睡覺都感覺很寬敞。
衞生：衞生乾淨，角角落落也都很乾凈。
服務：服務還是值得一説的，首先對於網絡首次入住客户下午會送牛奶誒。週五週六一樓西餐廳有海鮮自助餐，芝士蛋糕都給我沖，超好吃😄

服務太差了，房子兩個大蟲子🐛。入住晚上一個，小孩睡著了，自己抓了。早上起來又一個，給前台打電話，保潔直接拿了個掃地的掃帚來，我都服了，臟的跟啥一樣，我就問阿姨你這掃了我們咋躺。然後再沒有人一句問候。差評！！！

房間非常好，乾淨整潔，面積也挺大的。
酒店位置也還行，開車過橋就很熱鬧。
工作人員很熱情，前台Tina還給小朋友送了零食，非常感謝。
酒店泳池很乾凈，人很多，就是有點深，不適合我這種新手。
唯一就是房間隔音一般。
