"During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure."

They are try to communicate using the translator and try to help as much as possible. The food are variety. The room is clean because everything they are doing the housekeeping. Overall I am satisfied unless for one thing. The door keep on making some noise due to the locking is not tight, so when there's some wind, the door keep on vibrate and making some noise. But overall, this hotel is really recommended."
