挺滿意的，服務很熱情，還熱心的幫忙打電話問車站買票的事情。位置也不錯，出門就有吃東西的地方，停車位就在酒店樓下，很方便

26號晚上的前台態度相當惡劣，相當不好，必須投訴她，問一下投影儀怎麼搞，一臉別人欠她錢一樣，一副****的表情，和那不耐煩的語氣，之前也是經常來保靖會住的酒店，現在真的就是不會在選擇！
