設施：因為遊客突然增多，熱水供應不上，洗澡水不太熱，凌晨一點才能洗上熱水澡。圖片和實際情況相符，衞生間設施比較陳舊。
衞生:還算乾淨整潔
環境：我們住的二樓，很安靜，停車方便。
服務：前台很熱情

客棧位置方便，鬧中取靜、前台比較熱情，態度不錯，房間不大，但是温馨整潔、在澳門這個寸土寸金的地方，這種酒店適合一個人的入住！

相當有特色的酒店。性價比那是相當高了。環境也很好。像民宿。一開始看圖片好奇是塑料裝飾。結果裏面全是香木傢俱。房間還有香木本身的香味。真的很不錯了！廁所乾淨體貼（洗手枱也有紙巾！！！洗澡水秒熱。真的可以呢。力薦！！！！！！
