這個房間一進去就很明亮很通透給人的感覺就特別舒服，整體搭配温馨舒適，服務更是好得沒話説，停車還免費，住得特別滿意！衞生也做得相當不錯！！！這個價位真的特別划算 與圖片一致窗外的銀杏樹黃了太漂亮了

二次入住，離客運站步行5分鐘，去保山站門口有7路公交車直達。周邊好吃的小吃店非常多。唯一的遺憾是這次二樓房間裏的廁所是蹲坑，不是太習慣，長者也不便。

因為要在保山中轉第二天的商務車，所以選擇了住這裏。雖然沒有電梯，但行李都是老闆給搬上去的。老闆很好客，各種介紹周邊吃的玩的。房間很大，很新，很乾凈，離客運站步行5分鐘。第二天因為不知道在哪裡等車接，又查不到司機電話，老闆還幫我們聯繫朋友問，最後還給我們送到了車站，真的特別感動！

環境衞生整體很好 也很整潔 相比於我前一晚在其他家住的形成鮮明對比 而且還有綠植 看着也很舒服 衞生間是蹲坑的 也很方便 而且漱口杯還是消過毒的 我一般是不用酒店漱口杯的 但是這次還能接受 前台也很熱情 有問題就馬上解決換房間

設施：各種設施設備一應俱全，熱水、網絡。
環境：附近就是客運站，出行方便，距離市中心很近。附近餐飲店很多，吃早點喝夜宵很方便，有自己的停車區域，對開車自駕來説很友好。
服務：老闆一家非常熱情，家一般的感覺。
