其實在離店前一切都非常完美。房間大，落地窗外是青華海全景加上秋色盡染實在太美啦。設施完善，床和沙發都非常舒服，投屏、搖椅也是一大特色。洗衣房烘乾機也用得非常好👍樓下品嚐小粒咖啡也很有保山特色。本來打算好好寫一篇誇誇酒店的好評，結果退房時一位30多歲貌似小領導的前台負責人硬邦邦地要求我把手機給她點五星好評，説是升級了房間就必須這麼做。我告訴她我本來就打算給五星的，再説，給不給不是我自己説了算，自己來點評嗎？怎麼就變成越俎代庖了呢？建議酒店加強服務意識和品質的提升和管理，這種因小失大太不值得了。
