Kangle Hot Spring Hotel

I really don't recommend this hotel. There is really no experience. There are only four hot spring pools. One of them is only shallow enough to reach the calf. The water is very dirty and the water temperature is very cold. There is no one to manage the hot spring hotel pool area. Bathrobes can only be placed on the floor where bath towels are placed. The hotel service is too bad. First, I called to send a few bath towels. The front desk said that it is the peak season and they will charge a bath towel washing fee of 10 yuan per towel. Second, I saw it on Ctrip reviews. I called the front desk for late check-out and they said it was the peak season and I couldn't check out late. They were very rude. No matter what I asked for, they would just use the peak season as an excuse. However, only a few hot springs were open. There were not many people eating breakfast. There were no people in the whole hotel. The hotel staff are lazy and mean. Don't believe the recommended posts on Xiaohongshu. They are probably just advertisements. I booked this hotel because I believed the post on Xiaohongshu. The room type, environment and service are all like a guesthouse. The hygiene level is also worrying. I really admire that the bathroom does not put toiletries but put them on the sink. That means I have to take them in myself. The room is also very dirty, as if it has not been cleaned. The breakfast time is only until 9:30. You get up late. You can't have breakfast at one o'clock. I didn't eat it anyway. My parents went to eat and said there was nothing to eat and it was very unpalatable. All in all, this hotel really has no advantages. Please avoid it and don't book it!

Bring children here for a family trip. The room is clean and has a private indoor soup pool. The outdoor soup pool is also very good. It is very close to Qixianling Hot Spring Forest Park
