Baoting Tianya District Hotels

We had a fabulous Easter holiday at Wyndham Sanya Bay, and it’s truly a fantastic destination for families with young children. Here’s why we loved it: -Perfect for Kids: The kids club was the highlight for our little ones, offering daily activities that kept them entertained for hours. -Fantastic Pool Experience: The swimming pool was a big hit, with plenty of floaties and tons of toys to play with—our kids couldn’t get enough! -Amazing Outdoor Play Gym: The outdoor play gym was another great addition, providing endless fun and a safe place for active play. -Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a family stay. -Wonderful WeChat Concierge Service: The WeChat concierge was incredibly efficient and helpful, quickly accommodating all of our requests with ease. - An OK Breakfast: The breakfast spread was generous and had something for everyone. Language Barrier Handled Well: While most staff didn’t speak English, they did their absolute best using translation apps, and their friendliness and effort made up for any challenges. Hotel is very close to the airport but somewhat further away from other locations. Nothing to be worried about if you're looking for a ”mainly-resort-type” of getaway. Didi's are easy to call to the hotel if you do want to venture out. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a relaxing, fun-filled holiday for our family. We highly recommend it to families with young children looking for a kid-friendly getaway.

Me and my friend stayed at the hotel in the beginning of March, and we loved our stay! We want to share special thanks to Maria, she was the sweetest and the kindest manager we ever interacted with. The staff was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, we really enjoyed the variety of traditional Chinese food. The pool facilities were also very pleasant: the heated pool was great!

The front desk BELLA's service is warm, the hotel room is clean, the water park is very good, there are many restaurants in the hotel park, it is very convenient, recommended. There is a shopping mall and a food court next to it! I will stay here next time!

Wow I love the neatness of the hotel and also enjoyed my stay it has the sea view, I must say the breakfast was so nice and the front desk were really helpful This guy called Eason really assisted me with all I needed from getting to the hotel, to the yacht ride and every thing I needed during my stay It was an amazing stay and an amazing experience in Sanya

This room is 90 degrees sea view , not bad at all , the only thing that was quiète disturbing was the bathroom had an open to the room … but hospitality was what marks you from the employees in this resort and whenever you call them to ask for more water or more towels or even to clean another time the room they are quickly responding , enjoyed the stay and planning another return soon with friends and delegates … recommend the hotel and also the area surrounding the hotel isn’t bad at all …

(5) nights and days stay The hotel staff at the front desk was efficient and quickly had me in my room. They were also able to give some suggestions for activities, as this was my first visit to Sanya. I would definitely stay here again. It is very close to the airport (if you closely in one of my photos, you will see a plane landing 😉) and Didi (my chosen taxi service) arrived quickly to allow me to explore Sanya, have some fun (Yanoda Rainforest) and dine out a bit (FreeGen Sports Bar and Santa Lucia Restaurant). My room was very spacious, tastefully decorated and included a balcony with a great seaview. The central air conditioning and water pressure were fabulous. The cleaning staff was efficient and mindful. My favorite resort amenities were their gym and enormous, azure, cool and well-maintained wading pool (1.5 m/4.9 ft). I will miss the pool most of all. Finally, my friend and I also had afternoon tea at the resort (so much more than tea and cakes) a couple of days. My entire experience was soooo relaxing and I needed that. Thank you, Crowne Plaza Resort, Sanya Bay staff! 😘

Right across the street from a pleasant beach, a short walk to plenty of restaurants, and only about 20 minutes to the airport. The staff greeted us and helped us bring our luggage all the way to the room. The room itself had a bathtub on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was too cold to swim, but the pool looked amazing, with water slides and a floating obstacle course. There was a kid's playroom with hours of stuff for them to do. Lots of extras, like a nightly BBQ, fish foot baths, and various activities throughout the day. I wish I stayed here longer!

We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel service was excellent, and the environment was beautiful. The food selection was also very good. I stayed with my two daughters, and we really appreciated the many child-friendly services provided. During our stay, the hotel was celebrating its 6th anniversary, and we received a lovely gift, which we truly appreciated. Special thanks to staff member Xiaodongfang, who provided exceptional service. She was always quick to respond and helped us with great care and kindness for every question we had. If we ever return, we will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Amazing hotel, beautiful, spotless, amazing views of the sea, lush tropical pool area and the most comfortable beds ever. Staff were all soo lovely, especially the reception staff who were soo helpful, kind and patient with us as we tried to translate from English to Chinese.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Sanya, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with breathtaking ocean views, well-maintained facilities, and a serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service—especially from Yuki. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a significant difference. Whether it was helping with room arrangements, dining suggestions, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, Yuki handled everything with grace and professionalism. Thanks to her and the entire Hyatt team, I felt truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sanya and look forward to returning soon!
