Excellent service and very highly qualified staff was a pleasant stay here I specially want to mentioned about front desk staff very kind and cooperative front desk manager Mr Aoqi wang and miss Michelle both treat me a vip services and complimentary drinks 🍸 both can speak in English and I didn't felt any hurdles during communication they provides me info about surrounding attractions inner Mongolia and arrange self drive 🚗 Rent a car which is highly appreciated, because Mr Aoqi Wang kind and professional attitude I extended my stay 1 day to 4 days , and I am looking forward to stay in same hotel again whenever I visit to batoa , highly recommended nice clean and comfortable big rooms with beautiful veiw of city and mountain ⛰️ ,best location near by Wanda plaza Western food available all food brands just by a walking 🚶‍♂️ distance best place to stay specially for foreigner's visitors.

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

The room is large and very comfortable. The children like it very much~~The vegetarian breakfast is also great. And the location is also very good. It's just that the water in the shower overflows easily~~ Furthermore, the parking space downstairs is tight, and other dedicated parking lots have to be walked for a while. However, the front desk service was very good, helping us find a parking space and taking us to the parking lot.

I booked a light luxury room, 45 square meters, but was mistakenly given a standard room at first. I went to the front desk to negotiate, and they were very enthusiastic to change it to a suite. I thought it was unnecessary, so I just asked the store to arrange the original room type. It turned out that the room was really not 45 square meters, and I was not sure if it was 30 square meters. Maybe the store arranged it wrong again, I didn't negotiate again, and just lived there.

We came here for our birthday this time and decorated the room, which is also very beautiful. I personally think that the breakfast is also very delicious, especially the beef noodles.
