I am very satisfied with the check-in experience, especially the front desk girl. She is warm and thoughtful, very patient and caring. The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, the supplies are complete, and the room attendants are also good. In short, it is a trustworthy business! The surrounding area is convenient for eating. I will come back if I have the opportunity, or have friends and relatives who come to Baotou. I will recommend it and will stay here again. I am very satisfied!

環境很不錯。挺安靜。碰到的每一位工作人員都很熱情的打招呼。算是有求必應。床品很舒服。早餐也不錯，品種雖然不多。但也是用心了。盲選的酒店物超所值。路過標間看見床真的是母子床[笑臉]

之前住了很多次，但一定是最後一次住。入住房間第一眼就是沒打掃的煙灰缸和廁所。窗台漏雨，外面下大雨窗台下小雨。大半夜的入門處的感應燈不停的亮了滅滅了亮，打電話給前台，前台告訴你把房卡拔了睡覺。房間櫃子裏預備了兩個軟枕，但是軟枕上面全是血，已經幹在上面了，十分噁心。最重要的是以前入住不要按金，現在入住要200按金（前台講酒店損耗太高了），最後在退房晚20分鐘的情況下前台告知你要扣30塊錢房費，因為系統自動跳單了所以她們也沒有辦法操作免除，結果一説酒店問題這30又沒扣，不是沒法操作麼？這酒店現在服務不行、衞生不行，算盤打得可以。以上問題會同步投訴攜程和當地有關部門。
