I didn't enjoy the Ctrip Platinum membership treatment, and the room was not upgraded. The environment and facilities were very poor, the toilet was broken, the hot water was very small, the towels were very dirty, the TV remote control was broken, and the windows were not soundproof and it was very noisy! Not recommended for travelers with taste
