Excellent service and very highly qualified staff was a pleasant stay here I specially want to mentioned about front desk staff very kind and cooperative front desk manager Mr Aoqi wang and miss Michelle both treat me a vip services and complimentary drinks 🍸 both can speak in English and I didn't felt any hurdles during communication they provides me info about surrounding attractions inner Mongolia and arrange self drive 🚗 Rent a car which is highly appreciated, because Mr Aoqi Wang kind and professional attitude I extended my stay 1 day to 4 days , and I am looking forward to stay in same hotel again whenever I visit to batoa , highly recommended nice clean and comfortable big rooms with beautiful veiw of city and mountain ⛰️ ,best location near by Wanda plaza Western food available all food brands just by a walking 🚶‍♂️ distance best place to stay specially for foreigner's visitors.

The front desk staff Jack was very warm and polite. The check-in procedure was simple and convenient. He also took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding travel guide and transportation information, which made people feel very considerate. The hotel room was also cleaned very cleanly and the bedding was comfortable.

The hotel is not bad, it's a well-established five-star hotel. The facilities are a little old, but the sanitation is quite clean. It has the heritage of an old hotel. The breakfast is OK, but not as good as expected.

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

The hotel is in the city center of Kunqu District, Baotou, with a good location. There are shopping malls and supermarkets around, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The front desk service is thoughtful and attentive. The room is 30 square meters, quite spacious and clean. Parking is free, there is an underground parking lot at the door of the hotel, and there is a free supper in the evening, a bowl of noodles.

Environment: The hotel environment is quite good, with a lot of landscaping. Hygiene: The room was well kept, very clean, and everything was complete. Because I stayed for two consecutive days, the cleaning was very clean in between. Service: The receptionist is Xiao Xu, who answers questions very quickly. The introduction is also very detailed. Keep working hard.

Zhao Donghui at the front desk service is very good, very patient, all questions can be answered patiently, check-in is fast. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is colorful. The surrounding environment is very good, the price is reasonable, overall it is very satisfactory, cost-effective, it is a very good stay experience.

Hygiene: Hygiene is OK Service: The front desk attitude is very bad, not enthusiastic, and not polite. How to do this attitude in the service industry? It does not match the hotel grade at all. After I went there, I said that our room did not have a window. We questioned it and found out that we were wrong. There was no apology and attitude. This kind of front desk was fired in the south in minutes. I don’t know that the level of such a big hotel front desk is like this? Breakfast is very poor, the variety is sparse, there is no coffee machine, and the hotel grade price is completely mismatched!

The room is large and very comfortable. The children like it very much~~The vegetarian breakfast is also great. And the location is also very good. It's just that the water in the shower overflows easily~~ Furthermore, the parking space downstairs is tight, and other dedicated parking lots have to be walked for a while. However, the front desk service was very good, helping us find a parking space and taking us to the parking lot.

The room is generally OK, quite big, the air conditioner is not too cool, and the floor can be vacuumed every day, the others are very clean. And there are fruits every day, the breakfast every day is also very good, the hotel is quiet and there are not many people, there are many choices for dining outside, opposite the Qingshan Park, the location is very convenient to travel
