"The room was very spacious. We arrived quite late, well past midnight, but the front desk quickly checked us in. After we checked out, the front desk called to let us know we'd left a power cord behind and immediately offered to mail it to us via WeChat. However, since it was for our child's constant-temperature kettle, we decided to go back and pick it up. The hotel's service was warm, thoughtful, and proactive, with a very positive attitude. The breakfast staff were also incredibly enthusiastic. We were very satisfied with this stay!"

"The hotel proactively informs guests around 4 AM whether there's a chance of rime ice that day, saving us from waiting around for nothing – that's really thoughtful. The best part is, regardless of the weather, they provide shuttle service to Little Rime Island. Given its remote location, having a dedicated shuttle not only solves transportation issues but also makes the early morning trip safe and stress-free! While the shuttle service to Little Rime Island is convenient, its remote location means higher transportation costs. I highly recommend visiting in January when the chances of seeing rime ice are highest. Otherwise, traveling all that way only to miss out on the spectacular rime ice could make the trip feel a bit bland. Choosing the right time is key to making it a worthwhile journey!"

"The boss is very kind. He is a rare English-speaking boss in China, so he communicated well. The tatami room on the first floor is used by children in the third floor building, and the second floor is neatly composed of a living room and a third floor bed room. There are toilets on each floor, so it's not too much for large families to use. The complex feels like a townhouse, so it's good to take a walk around. Thanks to you, I had a great vacation."

"The hotel is new with modern and convenient facilities, and the staff are very responsive to requests. "The service staff were amazing! We could easily ask them for help and suggestions. The curtains are automatic too, and would close when we’re leaving the room. Hotel breakfast was not bad. Location is great, just opposite the temple and walkable to good food area! Laundry room was open from 10am to 10pm. Space area was good, the sink separate from the toilet and bath. Snacks also available at the front desk, and if you needed more things like combs you can ask them or just take from the box at the counter below. Robot delivery for water too. The aircon doesn’t seem to work open the window and there is a natural freezer (our drinks froze)"

"This is genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, a true rarity. I used to always go for five-star hotels, paying five-star prices but rarely getting five-star service.
