"Well, well maintained hotel. Friendly service. Breakfast was good, but it wasn't super. I'd probably expect this much better. No mirror egg, one kind of cheese which wasn't good yet, very rough with a stick."

"A great hotel, convenient location and clean rooms. Sometimes you hear neighbors behind the wall, but here is a lucky place with neighbors. The only question for pillows, very strange, is more like 2 pancakes."

"Brand guarantee is very important. I was just staying in Reims for one night, so the first choice was free and safe parking, which is still very important in Europe today. "The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk."

"Hotel is located about 10 min away from Cathedral near highway off-ramp. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. They offered a complementary coupon for a champagne on-site with some munchies in the lobby. The room was good size Europe. But I would consider this as a 3-3.5 star vs 4 star hotel as the finishing was just a bit tacky with purple themes, wine, grapes, etc ... I would have preferred a gym on-site. The breakfast was bountiful and a great selection. I would stay in this hotel again for the price. "

"Just opposite the stadium, about 2 kilometers away from Lance Railway Station, half an hour walk, the room is very clean, the window is soundproofed, and you can sleep peacefully at night."

"The location is good, close to train station and big parking which is free. Normal breakfast and service. However, the air con was not working in one of my room. They can't fix it and not willing to change a new room."

Double bed room is a bed above another bed on mezzanine floor with a steep ladder to practice mountain climbing. Sound is a problem here as it migrates from next door and outside. Bring ear plugs"

"The room was quite spacious and included a mini-kitchen, though it only had a microwave oven and no cooking utensils. Breakfast was served at the rooftop restaurant, which had an outdoor dining area with a great view. However, the food was the same every day, with the only hot options being baked eggs, baked beans, and sausages. There was no drinking water in the room, but each floor had a water dispenser where you could fill up. Parking was available on the street outside the hotel."

"Very close to Xmas market square, but a bit distance if you are visiting city centre of Reims and the Cathedral. But all in all the hotel is new and clean. The shower seems sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not consistent."
