The accommodation is divided into several buildings, You can press the exit floor to the parking lot.) The separate parking fee is 5 euros a day. Security is good because it is an indoor parking lot. It would be better to keep your car in a safe parking lot than to spend a lot of money to save a few pennies. Reception is open 24 hours (very good point_privately run places lock the door late in the evening and go to sleep) Some of the reception staff seem to have a little lack of English (I use English in Italian accent, so this is not English, but Italian, including Americans, Koreans seem to be hard to understand) It is near Seceda and the Ortisei room is expensive and if there is no room, it is close to Ortisei by car and the traffic is good."
