"My new favorite hotel! I’m glad I chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com. It’s a great choice for families. Beds are big, and the amenities are really good. They have a game room, a gym, and a pool at the rooftop. I especially loved their pool (heated) since it was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable.
We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating, they packed food for our companions who couldn’t come down to eat. Service overall was excellent. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, and we definitely plan to come back.
The only downside was the extra bed. It felt really hard, almost like plywood without a mattress. My nephew didn’t mention or complain about it, so I only discovered it shortly before we were about to check out. Had I known earlier, I would have asked the staff to replace it."

"Stayed for 2D1N at this hotel, and we feel lucky to have found it for our mom’s 68th birthday.
The hotel’s design is a beautiful blend of modern industrial and Filipino elements—very aesthetic! We booked two superior rooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. Water is conveniently accessible in the hallway, and the Wi-Fi is fast! We also appreciated that each floor requires a keycard to access the hallways, adding a sense of security and privacy, especially since some floors are shared with function rooms.
The pool was spacious and not too deep, which worked well even without a dedicated kiddie pool.
We also loved the floors! From the rooms to the carpeted hallways and the outdoor areas, our one-year-old enjoyed toddling around safely since the surfaces weren’t slippery.
The breakfast? Superb. Compared to other hotels we’ve tried in Quezon City, this one offered a wider variety with really flavorful options. I even got to enjoy taho for the first time at a hotel—such a nice touch! We also appreciated that they have their own coffee shop onsite.
And lastly, the staff were amazing—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Even those who seemed new were well-trained and professional.
Overall, we were very satisfied. My husband and I already agreed—we’ll definitely book here again later this year!
P.S.
If you're planning to book, a couple of things to keep in mind:
The main entrance involves a flight of stairs, so if you’re coming with someone who has mobility needs, just take note. There may be an elevator from the basement parking, but best to check ahead.
Since the hotel leans toward a modern industrial style, some fixtures and furniture have sharp edges. If you’re bringing a toddler, just keep an extra eye out."

AAnonymous UserCheck in time took more than an hour. Not sure if its because its holiday but the line is long and only 2 counters were open.
Changing of towels is not included when they clean the room, we had to call and request for new towels.
Room is clean, tho they dont have rooms for family. We had to book two separate rooms which was a bit hassle.
Location wise, very near with everything. We watched a concert so its good that its just beside araneta and gateway.
Breakfast is good.
Pool is not big so it can get crowded easily.

BbryyyyAmazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay.
Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable.
Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. Thanks for the small talks during our time there, these small things really made our stay the best!

GGuest UserWe booked the Deluxe room for 2 nights in a hurry as our flight got cancelled. We got kids so we decided to stay somewhere where the amenities are something that we can enjoy, our kids loved the well-maintained pool, the mini playground and even though we're not able to try the sauna and gym due to time constraints, we are amazed by how clean the hotel is..the location is great especially and judging by our stay, the price and quality of the stay we had there was worth it! The receptionist, the pool staff ESPECIALLY the lobby and parking guard was so HELPFUL!! Our car battery got drained, they went extra mile helping me to jumpstart the car. He radioed for help and 6 men came down from their team and even took a service pick up van to help us out. I am sad because I was trying to give something back to them but they just took off and did not accept the cash. But I want to express my gratitude towards the great staff of this hotel. We will never forget the great experience and humanity you showed us today.

CCalifornia CoachIt was better this time than last. The food, admittedly overpriced, was better. This time, we only ate the breakfast that came with the room. The meal last time was bad, so we weren't about to subject ourselves to such torture again.
The bangus we had for breakfast was twice as big as the one we were served last time and was properly cooked. The previous time, the fish was fried to the point of disintegratration and should have been thrown back in the first place.
We stayed here because it was convenient to where we needed to go. The previous time, they overcharged us by 200 pesos (double the cost) for a room refrigerator. My wife caught this, and they applied the overcharge to this time, which h was fine.
Nothing great or terrible about this place. But it's inexpensive and fine if your primary need is a place to sleep

DDemano-PlamencoIt was our daughter's elementary commencement exercises at Robinsons Novaliches and Sotogrande Neopolitan Hotel is just the perfect place to rest and relax before and after the graduation. The room is conducive for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids with spacious 2 double beds, the room have a bath tub and a hair dryer too. There were some minor hiccups too from the housekeeping but the front desks and reception were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel have its spacious clubhouse swimming pool with gym and a basketball court too. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The afternoon food at the cafe shop were great although available was breakfast meals.

Ppatricia15The room I initially chose was the superior room, seeing that the photos were quite pleasing so I went ahead and made a reservation. But the moment I got to the hotel, the room they gave me was very different from the photos I saw. There were no black out curtains, only blinds and it did not block out the light coming from outside. Also, this hotel is located along the main road and railway so it was quite noisy, hearing the cars passing and the train sounds I couldn’t sleep for the first two nights and I requested a room transfer. They gave me the said room transfer which was located at a higher floor. The noise was significantly reduced and I was able to sleep properly for the duration of my stay. I would give the hotel a 4/5 as it was not so bad. The staff were accomodating and the service was quite satisfactory. Only the location and the noise is the downfall of this establishment.
