"First of all, the water pressure is too weak, so the toilet flows well and the shower comes out well. There are no outlets for foreigners, only Saudi Arabia, so it is inconvenient for foreigners to use and there are no outlets at the front. I stayed in room 105, but my phone was broken and there was no vacuum cleaner, so I had very, very long hair on the shower towel, a sticker with soap dang behind the bathroom door, food stains in the refrigerator, and some stickers on the front of the TV in the living room. I asked for a Saudi-style charger for charging my phone, but it was not accepted and the water was a bit dirty, but it was good because it was a private beach. The staff are friendly, but the resort is not convenient for foreigners to use. There was sputum floating in the pool water, and plastic bags flying in the seawater. It was worth it though. The location was good, the staff was good, and the view was good."

"The room is big, worthy of the name of the old brand. But the decoration is relatively old, and there are not many people staying. The road at the entrance is not clean and there is a lot of dust. It is Ramadan, so there is not much to eat for breakfast"

"From check in to check out, the hotel staff whom I associated were very friendly. Services were efficient. The pool table was great game for the guests and the small coffee place with lots of space for private meetings was conducive."

"I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future."
