"Excellent for the price. Location was great with good views from the rooms and the rest of the resort although not difficult when staying in beautiful Pai! The staff made it, very accommodating and happy to give you a lift into Pai centre to collect your rented moped. Small fee at the end of 100THB for the transfers, we had 3 lifts; so happy to pay. Room was clean and fresh towels and water delivered daily. Highly recommend."

"We stayed there for 3 nights and the service was very good, except for one time when the woman at the reception didn't call a taxi, even though we had asked twice and we were late for our meeting point at the zipline. Cleanliness was very good and everything except beer in the minibar was free. Great location"

"Just near the World War II bridge, the yard is very comfortable, cost-effective, and parking is convenient. The proprietress is very enthusiastic. Next time I drive to Pai, I will stay here and stay for a few more days."

"Quaint little oasis in the Pai village.Booking was done via TRIP and it was almost impossible to reach the resort prior to the trip. Do arrange your own transport to the resort although it says its complimentary pickup. Once you get to the resort, everything is worth the hassle. Beautiful resort setting with wonderful and attentive waiting staff. Somsak was really attentive to our needs and took the effort to make recommendations on places to go and eat. All other lady staff were super cute and friendly, it felt like home and we were very well taken care of. Thank you Oai crew"

"Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help. As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options. The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference."

"Very nice room with a comfortable bed. The room itself was a little bit smaller than expected. The included breakfast was good as well, they deliver it to your balcony - which has a great view of the mountains. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a nice touch! The place is secluded but not difficult to get to (also walkable to “downtown” Pai though I do recommend a scooter to make life easier). Down the hill and next door there was a really good restaurant for both Thai and western food. "

"Giving this house a full 5 points is not to say that it is perfect, but to think that the price is really good in all aspects. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the Aya bus station. The 7 of us had a lot of luggage. We called the hotel reception and immediately sent someone to pick us up. It is not on the main road, and it feels very quiet like a small paradise. There is a river in front of the hotel. Sitting in the open lobby of the hotel, the wind is blowing slowly, making it particularly comfortable. There is a small swimming pool, very beautiful, the water has a slight salty taste, each room is a small single-family house, there is a balcony at the door, it is still very clean, not bad in all aspects. It is also very close to the night market, but it does not include breakfast. I especially like the green plants in the hotel, like a garden."

"Really shocked me when we step in our room!!! The river view is amazing, bed is very comfortable, designed with full of local culture! Breakfast is superb delicious and you can just sit down and order your breakfast menu. Surely will come back to stay in this hotel if have my next trip to Pai. If you are driving, please arrive hotel before 6pm, as the Pai walking street just in front of the hotel."
