"The front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer."

"Very friendly bartender! The room itself was clean and cool. Bluetooth-enabled bathroom mirror was a nice touch! We did not have any trash bags in the bins, but that was a minor issue. Our privacy was respected by housekeeping. Pool was closed but I didn't care as we had planned to go to the nearby beach anyway. I would book here again :)"

"Very good, early and very American, rich in nutrition, in order to attend the graduation ceremony of the daughter, take 26 minutes to reach the auditorium of the school, the auditorium is very big, there is a kitchen, cooked instant noodles and porridge, very good, it is recommended to read Ohio University parents can live here, and cost-effective"

"The hotel is definitely dated, could use some upgrades. It was fairly clean but not what I’d consider great. There were families and kids in the hall yelling and slamming doors until after 1am. Even with a noise machine it was very loud. Will not stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room is relatively small, and there is no microwave or other facilities. The hotel is quite large, with a bridge connecting two buildings, and the Hyatt is next door. There are a lot of conference halls, so many people come to the meeting, and it is inevitable that it is very noisy~~

GGuest UserThis was a great centrally located stylish hotel. Went with a friend to a concert in the area. Room was clean with a great view of downtown. We enjoyed the bar in the evening and the snack stand. Definitely would stay again!

GGuest UserPerfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy

YYANThe hotel is very close to the airport. I checked in this hotel early to ensure a smooth trip because my home is too far away from Columbus. It was better than I expected. During such a difficult epidemic, they also gave breakfast in the safest way. I, individually wrapped in a paper bag for guests to take to the room to enjoy, also helped me solve the problem of printing the test report, arranging a vehicle to take me to the airport, it was free, and the very heartwarming service made me very touched. Everyone who needs will settle in this hotel.

KKJBoydThe staff was very nice and apologetic when the stay did not go as planned. The hotel was very quiet and didn't feel crowded even though we were told they were sold out. Those are the good parts of our stay. The not good parts: our room smelled musty, but it took us a little while to discover why. My daughter took off her shoes to walk to her bed that was by the window and the air conditioner unit. What we thought was just stained carpet wound up being sopping wet from the unit dripping. The floor was so saturated that it would literally make a squishing noise when we walked on it. I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk and there was no dial tone. After checking the wiring and finding nothing amiss except that it was very clearly dead, we walked out to the front desk. The lady at the front desk apologized profusely and tried for several minutes to find us another room for the night, she explained that they were completely sold out and had nothing else for us. We went back to our room to get some rest as we were in the middle of a 15+ hour road trip and it was already after 11pm. We listened to the AC unit dripping onto the floor all night long. In the morning, I went to take a shower only to have absolutely no hot water at all. The water got to around room temperature and that was as far as it would go. All in all, not a great experience, but the staff was very polite and apologetic.
