Hospitality is great and the staff is really helpful a lot specially Aman, the view is amazing, so must advising everyone to visit this hotel in winters for outstanding hospitality and service the food is awesome and really tasty 🤌🤌😋😋😋

It was a great experience,the hotel was really good,the staff over here is very helpful and nice. They took good care of us, Shabir the reception person was very nice,rooms are well cleaned and heater is well placed,there is 24hrs hot water. Overall it was a excellent.

Great option in Gulmarg if you are looking for something with an amazing view. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Special mention for Barkat and Parvez including other staff members for taking good care while dining. Food is homely and tasty too.

The hotel provided an excellent experience, with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the view was simply breathtaking. The manager went above and beyond by offering my brother a salted hot water therapy for his injured leg after a trek, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful.

Good food with awesome service Manager who is managing this property is awesome. Firdos is awesome manager who is empathetic to customers. Food was good and experience to go to property is also awesome. Morning breakfast with dinner is good

Excellent location. Service is very good. Hospitality extended by Mr Firdous , Manager is excellent and we overwhelmed by his good behavior. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed the place very much. I would recommend this for visiting. We would try to come again.
