Our stay at The Khyber, Gulmarg was relaxing and beautifully organized, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The staff were warm, attentive, and humble, made us feel truly welcome. The food was a highlight — every meal was fresh, flavorful, especially Chef Mr Gupta who handles Chat and Indian sweet dishes was truly amazing .

We had a wonderful stay at The Khyber Hotel in Gulmarg. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. A special highlight of our stay was the live music performance by Sir Waseem Yousuf, who played the Rubab and Santur. His soulful melodies created such a magical and serene atmosphere — perfectly complementing the beauty of the surroundings. His music truly made our evenings unforgettable, and he deserves special appreciation for his exceptional talent. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a memorable stay in Gulmarg. I would suggest staying for at least two nights to fully enjoy the experiences and charm it has to offer.

Excellent location of resort including delicious food and prompt service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Scenic view from first floor’s extra luxurious rooms . Feel very secure for family. Game room was upgraded. Pool facility was superb.

My stay at The Khyber Himalayan Resort was truly exceptional, and I greatly appreciated the property’s serene and peaceful ambiance. I did, however, observe that the interior landscaping could be further enhanced with an increased number of pine trees to elevate its natural beauty and tranquility. I would also kindly encourage the hotel management to consider adopting more flexible policies toward guests and to accommodate their requests, as memorable guest experiences go far beyond monetary considerations. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Chef Ankit Rawat and Mr. Gupta for their outstanding culinary service throughout our stay. Chef Ankit’s expertise is a true asset to The Khyber Himalayan Resort and played a significant role in making our experience memorable. I would also like to acknowledge the exceptional hospitality provided by Mr. A.B. Qadir and Ms. Mubina, who exemplified the true spirit of Kashmiriyat through their warmth and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Chef Ankit is a very nice person first of all and secondly, check out Ankit's salad dips, sauces and service, and I really liked the Food Knowledge salad recipe written by him, I also liked Ankit's behavior, Thanks Ankit Chef Abid & chef lokesh & Chef Iram & Chef Ajum and special Thanks to Chef liyakatji back bone of kitchen.All were also extremely hospitable.Special thanks to Jasmeen and Mubeena for their top notch service!!

Got an opportunity to stay here with my beautiful wife. One of the finest property where we stayed in few years. Excellent view, most courteous staff, sumptuous food and all the more musician playing Rubab and Sintoor. Team Khem Raj ( main chef) including Mr Veerji, Mr Liyakat did their best to serve us bestest food. My wife needs special food because of her ailment and all chefs took full care of her. Hotel staff especially to mention Ms Mubeena, Saajjad, Dhiraj, Iqbal and almost all were always fully attentive to care for smallest of your needs. Musician Mr Waseem Yusuf did magic every morning and evening by his musical instruments and make the atmosphere great. Had a greatest time there. Must visit before you die place. Thanks
