Fantastic vacation , thanks to the hospitality . visited during 2nd week of November . Light snowfall with ice all around . Everything was LIT from breakfast to supper . Keep it up !

Gorgeous view, average experience. The coffee shop at The Khyber offers stunning mountain views, but beyond that, the resort feels overcrowded and overpriced. Service is just okay, and it’s noisy with large families and kids everywhere—not the peaceful Himalayan escape we expected. If you’re curious, drop by for a coffee and the view, but skip the overnight stay. Better value and serenity elsewhere!

Aman Khan is a rockstar. Good guy. Service at cloves was brilliant. Must visit. Khyber hotel is a great property. Food was brilliant and all staff members were very supportive. Strongly recommended. Value doe money. Gulmarg is incomplete withiut khyber

Khyber is one of the most beautiful resort overlooking the Himalayas and one of the best in the world, when we say this we believe we’ve stayed at a lot of good hotels. The reason I rate it 5/5 is their wonderful Kashmiri and Indian hospitality. They have the nicest staff. Hammad at reception was wonderful and courteous. Muzammil helped us with our reservations issues. Gufran at the reservation was very proactive in making sure Makemytrip gave us refund for our one night cancellation because of flight issues due to super unpredictable weather, which is super off for Srinagar. Aman and other staff at the restaurant were friendly and they insisted we try out the dessert from the buffet, even when we were opting for Ala-Carte. Varun the manager, made sure we put on 1-2 kgs while staying in Khyber. I would highly recommend for the staff and how nice they are, while it is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed for a vacation.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at The Khyber. We were here to celebrate our anniversary, and the team at Brava—Arif, Sameer, and Muneer—went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with a wonderful celebration, a delicious cake, and lovely music, making our evening truly unforgettable. If you're visiting Gulmarg, I highly recommend The Khyber for an exceptional experience!

Excellent stay at khyber. Excellent service.Location is just perfect. Special mention to Aman khan and Shafeeq. They served us very well during our meals. Wide variety of food options including jain food options. Indoor heated is pool is also very well maintained.

Excellent location superb accommodation with outstanding views,comfortable beds and bathrooms,quick service personnel and everything that you expect in a 5 star hotel including a heated swimming pool and spa! The carpets need replacement as the appear pretty worn out. The”BACCI”lighted magnified make up/shaving mirror did not light up and the staff could not help!

It was an amazing experience. Best part of our stay was the food. Obviously this is one of the best locations in India but on top of that their food and service is amazing. This hotel is packed with guests but still the service is so quick. We loved it. They have this bonfire concept, which is an exceptional experience. It is done in top of the snow or balcony. Both the places give an amazing experience. We would recommend everyone going there to try that. Junaid is the most helpful staff member there. He helped us with everything during our stay. We will definitely visit this property again very soon and would recommend same to all out friends and family.
