"I came on holiday with my 8-month-old baby, and the staff here have been incredibly helpful and friendly. They asked if I needed a baby cot, and once I said yes, they quickly arranged it and brought it to my room. The room itself is very spacious with a beautiful view. They even offered a complimentary welcome drink. The hotel also has a big swimming pool and a gym. What I really love is that they provide a playroom for kids, which makes it perfect for families. Just outside the hotel, there’s a small market, making it very convenient. I’ll definitely book here again the next time I visit Malaysia for a holiday."

"The hotel is located in Teluk Bahang, furthest away from Batu Ferringhi Beach, offering excellent privacy and a peaceful environment. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the two swimming pools were great for relaxing. Although the beach area is small, it was still pleasant, and the breakfast variety was acceptable. However, the hospitality could be improved. I arrived at 1:30 PM and was informed that the room was not yet ready, and the receptionist would call once it was. Unfortunately, when I returned after 2:30 PM, the receptionist was missing, and I later found out that the room had already been ready for some time. Additionally, no welcome drink was offered upon arrival or during check-in. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and the facilities were good, the service experience was disappointing."

"Staff gave us a free upgraded from Executive to Premium Pool Suite : ). The room is excellent with private pool, sauna and full sea view! The bedroom is very clean with separated bath tub and toilet. My girl enjoyed it very much! Best staycation in Penang."

"Very new hotel. Less than 1 year. Room very spacious. King size bed very comfortable. Have pillow menu to choose type of pillow that you prefer for your sleep. Nice view of city and Penang bridge. Lot of local cafe and restaurant within walking distance. Queenbay mall just a short ride away."

"This was my second time, I like the hotel, stay here because of view things, cause for convenience only not luxurious 👌. What I can tell about this place are: 1. Clean room 2. Near to Running track Queensbay by the beach. 3. Everything is walking distance to nearest Cafe, Bar, Resto, Quensbay Mall, Local food. 4. Aerobus stop is just at Quensbay Mall 5. Water dispenser, Slippers, Iron board, AC, what ever necessity is there. 6. Toilet is clean, Towel and bedding is Good"

"The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite at this Marriott-branded apartment hotel. While the space was quite ample, the cleanliness was unfortunately very average. I could distinctly smell an old, musty odor, along with hints of curry and sweat, on the duvet and pillows. Conveniently, there's a large Myrid supermarket less than a ten-minute walk away. Queensbay Mall, Penang's largest shopping center, is also just a 10-minute taxi ride away, featuring an AEON supermarket, a food court, and a wide array of clothing and cosmetic stores."
