Best Barboursville Hotels

It was good!!

Customer Service was excellent from check-in, daily leaves and returns, to check-out. Housekeeping was very accommodating, breakfast hot and satisfying. Hotel common areas were clean and inviting. Pool looked welcoming but didn’t get a chance to utilize.

Staff is very friendly and helpful- my room was very clean and spacious. I love how some of the name brand hotels like Hampton Inn are adding extra pillows to the beds! Mine had atleast 4 on it and made it much more comfortable to sleep. Thank you Hampton Inn and Suites for having me!

Check in went smoothly. My room was reserved and I was pleased. Maid service was awesome. The breakfast was always available and well stocked. There is a pool available, I didn’t use it. The motel was quiet, like I expected it to be. Check out is smooth.

This is the cleanest & most comfortable hotel on route 60, hands down. We’ve stayed at several hotels in this area. Our Mom still lives here. It’s maybe $10 or so more than others but well worth it. We upgraded this time to a king room with fridge. Excellent choice. They have cable TV w HBO, good coffee in the lobby and Jon has a fantastic beard ;-)

Stayed in a Jacuzzi room for two nights super clean great environment will definitely come back and stay again had a great time great service friendly service from friendly people if you're coming to Huntington you should stay here!!!

Nice room, very decent place clean rooms, great high speed WiFi. Located on Main Street close to Downtown, and Interstate the Walmart is located just 2 blocks away and also less than a mile Texas road house resturant is there as well great stay great staff member I would recommend this place.

I travel to Huntington yearly and have stayed here on several occasions. The hotel is showing its age a little, but they are in the process of remodeling. I always receive excellent customer service and this time they went above and beyond. I was checking in on the day of the global Microsoft software issue. When I arrived, I had been driving all day and needed to shower and change in order to get to a function in a couple of hours. They told me that I couldn't check in because they were unable to make keys or run credit cards. I very upset and exploring other possibilities so that I could get to my function on time. The ladies at the desk were very sympathetic and said they were working on the problem, but did not know when it would be fixed. There were other guests sitting in the lobby with the same issue. A few minutes later they came and asked if I had checked in online and requested a digital key (which I had, but the key had not shown up on my app). They went back to the office and kept working on it. In a few minutes I got a text that my credit card had been billed--progress. I still did not receive a key, so they went back and worked on it a little longer. Within a few minutes the key showed up on my phone and I was able to get in a room, get cleaned up and arrived at my function on time. They were all so happy to be able to get me where I needed to be, and showed that this was not just a job, but that they truly cared about their customers. Precious, Dee, & Mikala continued to provided excellent service the whole stay and made what could have been a frustrating situation (through no fault of theirs) have a happy ending. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Huntington.
