Oh this place! Wonderful staff, amazing location, close to Subway, and walking distance to everywhere. Room is very clean, the environment is very clean, breakfast is wonderful. Bubbly on arrival, bubbly during breakfast, nice decor. Environmentally friendly too! Wool definitely stay here again! ❤️

I was very satisfied with my stay at Occidental Barcelona 1929! The hotel is in an excellent location, with many restaurants and eateries around it, making it very convenient whether you want to taste local cuisine or just have a simple meal. In addition, the transportation is very convenient. It is only a few minutes' walk from the subway station, which makes it convenient to visit attractions or take a train to other cities.  As for the room, the space is moderate in size, and two people staying there will not feel crowded at all, and luggage can be easily placed. The overall decoration is simple and comfortable, making people feel relaxed. The only downside is that the water pressure in the shower is weak. When taking a shower, I felt that the water was not strong enough, which slightly affected the experience. Overall, Occidental Barcelona 1929 is a very cost-effective hotel with a great location and comfortable rooms, making it a very suitable hotel for travelers visiting Barcelona. If the water pressure in the shower could be improved, the overall experience would be even better! Recommended to friends who are planning to come to Barcelona!

The neighborhood is horrible. Junkies at every step and incredible dirt. The room they gave me leaked all the water from the bathtub and flooded the bathroom. I complained to the waitress and she told me that this happened in several rooms and that she left me four towels to put on and not leak the water???? I complained at the reception and they changed me to another room. They charged me 22 euros for giving me the room a couple of hours before when usually in other hotels if they have it available they do not make a problem. Very nice and comfortable facilities but the environment is terrible. I didn't like the floor in the room because it's ceramic like kitchen... I missed a good parquet in a hotel of this category.

Everything is good, especially the speakers in the room. I very like the concept of music showering. The location also is good, close to the Gràcia Avenue which easy to shopping. I hope in the official website can provide the email address of hotel, but I was very lucky to keep the card holder to get the contact to hotel to keep my leave CD. I will choose next time
