The hotel was much better than we expected. Simple,clean room that did the job and had a great view (room was booked with terrace). We found that the hotel was in a good location within walking distance to metro stations, the beach, the main plaza and situated in the heart of La Rambla. Noise wasn’t an issue for us as we were on the second to top floor. There was always someone on reception from day to night - we had a problem with our flush and someone came into our room to fix it within 20 minutes.

Clean basic room with simple breakfast provided. No toothbrush and shower gel provided. Provided small bar soap and small bottle shampoo. A good location hotel with abt 3mins walk to liceu metro and it's along the busy La Ramblas street. May not be suitable for light sleeper as can occasional hear/feel the subway in the room.

In arriving at the hotel, the staff were pleasant, attentive and very helpfull, offering recommendations for sightseeing, eating and drinking when asked. The room and en-suite was clean and made up daily. The hotel is situation centrally on La Rambla and between 2 metro stops, ideal for moving around. As always Barcelona was a great all round trip, looking forward to the next trip.

Thank you so much for your good services. Highly recommended for couples, friends, family, etc. It is nearby city so everything is accessible. It was a great experience, i requested to have an overviewing spot with terrace and high floor and the staff was so accommodating and generous. I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. How lucky was I in Room 812 even had a balcony overlooking La Tamblas.

The room they gave us was very cramped, dark, cold, instead of a blanket there was a thin bedspread over the sheet, the view from the window was into a well with the smell of sewage. On the positive side - friendly staff and convenient location
