We had two nights in Barcelona prior to boarding a cruise ship, and decided to book here. We are so pleased that we sid so. The appartment was immaculately clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. And Carrer Commercial was perfectly located for restaurants and bars and just 15 minutes stroll to La Rambla. The staff at the office (3 minutes away) could not have been more helpful. They replied to enquiries quickly, spoke perfect English and stored our luggage. They even arranged a taxi to transfer us to the cruise terminal. First rate. We would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again.

Βρίσκεται στην ακριβώς απέναντι από το el born Centre for culture and memory (αρχαιολογικός χώρος) και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το πάρκο Ciutadella. Στα δέκα λεπτά η barcelonetta , στα πέντε λεπτά η στάση του λεωφορείου για το πάρκο Güell, όπως και όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο τρίτο όροφο μιας πολυκατοικίας και είναι προσβάσιμο με κωδικούς. Στο ισόγειο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και το μπάνιο και με εσωτερική σκάλα , στον επάνω όροφο σαλόνι ,τραπεζαρία , κουζίνα και ένα δεύτερο μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο. Καθαρό, επαρκές και εξοπλισμένο. (Χρειαστήκαμε ωστόσο επιπλέον αφρόλουτρο χαρτί κουζίνας και χαρτί υγείας). Η περιοχή έχει άπειρες επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό. Υπάρχουν και αρκετά σουπερμάρκετ. Το κεντρικό γραφείο στα πέντε λεπτά. Η υπάλληλος πρόθυμη και ευγενική μας εξυπηρέτησε και στην άφιξη και στην αναχώρηση. Είμαστε οικογένεια τριών ενηλίκων και η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα, έκανε τις διακοπές μας στην Βαρκελώνη, ακόμα πιο όμορφες!

Nous avons occupé un appartement de « Inside Barcelona apartments Mercat » du 10 juin au 27 juin 2024. Nous occupions le 3°#2. Un bel appartement sur 2 étages très bien situé. Cuisine complète et bien équipée. Le cahier explicatif concernant les équipements est parfait et complet .La chambre est petite mais confortable malgré un affreux plafonnier de cordes plutôt nuisible et embêtant. Les propriétaires sont avenants. Nous avions déjà loué de ce locateur sur Esparteria et nous avions été ravis. Ici, il y a 2 situations très dérangeantes : l’entretien des conduits de climatisation (c’est encrassé (voir photo) et le dangereux manque de rampe ( il manque 2 mètres de rampe (voir photo) à l’escalier intérieur fait de bois dur. Il ne fallait pas se déplacer en chaussettes dans l’escalier ou sinon bien s’accrocher. Et j’ai mouché du nez et éternué durant les 17 jours sur place. C’est intolérable. Vous avez un bel appartement, entretenez le correctement. Je déconseille cet appartement aux gens qui ont des allergies (même banales, comme à la poussière) ou font de l’asthme. Dommage...

je confirme ce qui a été dit ici par d'autres dans le passé, on est en 2022 : - literies confortables, - équipement excellent (lave vaisselle, table et fer à repasser, four et micro ondes, frigo, vaisselle, rien ne manque ... il n'y a guère que le canapé qui a un peu vécu), - propreté nickel, - emplacement top (un aldi à 50m pour faire les courses et acheter les viennoiseries pour pas cher), - équipe sympa. Franchement n'hésitez pas. Je recommanderai à mes amis. Merci Inside Barcelona. Luc.
