Location is brilliant, but there’s no luggage storage space before check-in or after checking out. The bathroom water temperature changes when you shower. But overall good experience for this value.

Pros: Great location and a well appointed and stylish apartment. The set up of a double and twin room was great for a family of 4. Convenient transport links. Lots of great restaurants near by. Walking distance to plenty of sites. Cons: we didn’t have hot water till day 3 of our stay! The water system is obviously quite old-fashioned (a sign in the bathroom warned us not to use the hot water for more than 5mins each or it would run out!) This was a real disappointment and not what you’d expect in a rental of this cost. It was sorted by the team but we were inconvenienced for several days. Also, it is an old building so noise carries a lot. It didn’t affect us too much but might if you have very young children.

Overall this is a good value for the space and location. Pros: Excellent location. Clean comfortable accommodations with space for our family of 4. Two bathrooms which was fantastic. Cons: It's relatively loud. I don't mean street noise due to proximity of Las Ramblas. The noise IN the building is loud. Halls echo and walls are thin. Heard upstairs tenants who'd had too much partying getting very sick at 3am. Doors opening and closing reverberate through the whole building. Lastly- malfunctioning clothes washing unit. A bummer as in unit laundry was important to us. Instead we spent several hours at various laundromats (there is one next to the apartment which also was out of service). On another positive note- the management was responsive and did help to navigate the issue as best they could. In conclusion- good for the price point but expect a 'high end hostel' experience rather than a hotel/corporate apartment experience.

Excellent location, the apartment add all the facilities, great for family with kids. All the communication with the place was easy. The room was clean, a lot of space. All the stores are near by and the metro

The apartment we’d had booked for ages cancelled 12 days before leaving us with limited availability elsewhere and nearly double the price to pay! Completely unreliable!!!!!!! They said it was out of their hands and an emergency but booking told us they’d double booked, probably cancelled as prices have risen!!

Appartements très fonctionnels, confortables, situation idéale près de la rambla. L'appartement comporte deux chambres, deux salles de bains, un espace de séjour confortable. Propreté impeccable, espaces fonctionnels. Bonne insonorisation également. Idéal pour un city trip.
