DON'T TAKE ROOMS FROM THEM WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! I booked a room in London online for the period of May 2024 to July 2024, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. I paid for the entire month but they arrived at 10:00 AM on the last day of the month and insisted that I leave the flat. When I questioned this, they claimed that I should leave one day earlier. Despite my objections, I had to vacate the property. This agency also charged me more than our agreed maximum for utilities and made unauthorized deductions under the guise of a cleaning fee and additional utility charges for a room that lacked proper amenities. NO PILLOW NO BEDSHEET NO BLANKET NO CLEANING NO FAN OR HEATING OVERCROWDED PROPERTY CLEANING ONCE A MONTH is completely a joke Just don't take a room from this company.

Terrible hostel, our room, although sold for 2 people, had 4 beds instead, we thought it was a plus in terms of space but instead it was practically impossible to move around. The bathroom was disgraceful and the shower was divided from the room by a single curtain. Terrible breakfast at a cost of 6 euros per person, furthermore the service preceding an offered breakfast was unclear, which meant only one breakfast and not for both as everyone thought. The location, however, is excellent, super served and very close to the Sagrada Familia
