"Hotel Nouvel is absolutely gorgeous from the out- and inside entrance area, elevator, reception, stairs ... Unfortunately, we had a room that had a window only going to an inner quad that was tiny and dark, so even though the weather was beautiful whilst our stay, in the morning it was difficult to believe there was sunshine out there (we tried to change the room, but it was not possible, because the hotel was fully booked)... Except for that (and we didn't spend a lot of time inside) the hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff, and at a perfect spot for adventures in Barcelona!"

"The blanket was uncomfortable, it was not very hygienic, and there was someone else's hair on it.
Stayed for four days and only gave chocolates on the first day.
Everything else is good and the waiters are very friendly"

GGuest UserThe location is central and ideal for walking distance restaurants through the price range. Can't comment on the convenience to public transport although taxis were abundant at all times. The hotel is spotless with an informal though professional ambience and friendly efficient staff. Excellent breakfast, a good sized room, comfortable bed, well stocked mini bar and a balcony made for a perfect 2 night stay.

FfaryGreat experience in this hotel, located near major tourist spots in Barcelona, good access to public transport, lots of cafes and nearby restaurant s, and famous brands such as Zara,... 😂super friendly and hospitable staff, they have booked tickets for sightseeings and gave me thorough information about how to get to those places👍👍, the room was big, spacious and clean, with lots of large mirrors and a electronic safe in the closet, 👍👍breakfast was amazing, including a wide range of hot, cooked Spanish dishes, olives, fruits and yummy cheeses 😋😋😋
Only problem I faced was the ceiling started leaking, and the staff immediately offered me another room 👍👍

Rooftip hottubs were nice but we didn't find time to use it! Small gym but good enough for us. Excellent staff.

Location: The hotel is definitely well located, the metro (subway) is right outside, there is a shopping mall across the street and a couple restaurants around. To get to central Barcelona it took about 25min by metro.
Amenities/Service: The room I got provided the basic of the basics (1 towel and 1 pillow per person). You can get more tru your stay but THERES NO ROOM SERVICE/CLEANING. The front desk was more helpful to other guests (who spoke spanish) than they were to me, just average.
My thoughts: I like the hotel. I would definitely stay there again, now that I know how and where it is. I am not sure how the other floors are setup but my bed was so close to the other room (thin walls) that I woke up at 2am because they were watching TV loudly.

GGuest UserFrom the airport, take the L9 subway directly to Collblanc, and you will arrive at the hotel as soon as you exit the subway station! In addition, you can take the L5 subway from the hotel to many attractions, such as the Sagrada Familia and St. Paul's Hospital of the Cross! There is bottled water supply in the hotel room, and the hot water pressure in the bathroom is stable! I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Spain!

CCHAOGreat location, just southeast corner of Plaza Catalunya. Outside the door is a pedestrian street, and it’s not fun. At night, sitting outside the balcony, getting some food and drinking, watching the crowds and performances outside, is also very pleasant. When I was there my room was next to the reception and I heard all the problems he had with the guests and several discussions and actually even one guest left the hotel and said until ever because he had no hot water in his room And the fat reception answered him with a cruelty that it was not his problem. And he treated me very badly and because of his fault I would never stay there again He has no ways
ENGLISH A lot of noise due to a repair that was taking place in the building and the chubby man at the reception was very rude and they should not work with the public. The time I was there my room was next to the reception and I heard all the problems he had and several discussions with the client and in fact even one person left the hotel and said goodbye because he didn't have hot water in his room and the chubby guy at reception answered rudely that it wasn't his problem. He treated me very badly and . Because of Him I would never return to stay there He has no manners

DDara TanLocker is available for store luggages before check in time @ 2euro. Hotel is clean, staff is ok. Wall is thin like what other comments said but you can solve problem by your earphone. Bed is comfort, recommended. It is in walking distance to sagrada familla. About 30 mins far from airport, taxi cost will be around 50euro. Microwave is available at first floor and there is a coffee/bakery shop which open since 6.30am. Suitable for anyone who will leave hotel very early morning.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules of living in our apartment. If you follow them, we are sure your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible.
1) Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
2) Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
3) There is a EUR 15 surcharge for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight, and a EUR 30 surcharge for arrival between midnight and 3:00 AM. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash.
Check-in after 3:00 AM is not possible because we do not have 24-hour service. If you arrive this late, we will be able to accommodate you the following morning from 10:00 AM.
Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will be entitled to accommodate you the following day. Guests, please respect each other and each other's time.
4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 50 euros.
5) We take neighborly relations very seriously, so any noise that may disturb them is prohibited, especially after 10:00 p.m.
6) Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7) Guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight.
8) A separate shelf in the refrigerator is designated for your room; in front of it, there is a number corresponding to your room number.
9) At the end of the stay, the tenant agrees to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean.
10) When leaving the apartment, always make sure the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.
Additional Services:
- Cleaning during your stay: 10 euros per day (optional).
- Laundry service: 15 euros per wash (includes washing and drying).
- Luggage storage, only on the day of departure, for 10 euros before 6:00 pm, then 5 euros per hour, but no later than 8:00 pm, upon request.
- Crib: 10 euros per day, subject to availability.
- In air-conditioned rooms, use of the air conditioning is an additional service and costs 10 euros per day.
