The room is clean and hygienic, and there is free shuttle service. I came here with my friends and had a great experience staying in this hotel. The stay was great, the breakfast was delicious and there were many kinds. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very attentive and enthusiastic.

Located between Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. Chanel is downstairs and Tiffany is across the street. A five-star hotel built in 1918. I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

For the amenities, I am referring to the room. Defect fridge door, very difficult to open the water in the shower, defect USB sockets, curtain can only 90% automatically close and some small things more. This is not the W standard I experienced before. Everything else as usual at W hotels. Very friendly service (can't give 5 points because I was waiting for my room unnecessarily long), nice restaurants with fantastic food, including breakfast.

The breakfast is diverse, rich and delicious. The room provides snacks, coffee machine and teapot. The room is not big, and it is noisy outside. There are people making noise nearby at night. Because there is another check-in the next day, the hotel will re-charge the breakfast fee for the previous check-in. Two people checked in, and even counted as five people. There was no actual inspection of the payment details. There were obvious mistakes in homework. Although there were improvements, this kind of error is a bit outrageous for a five-star hotel.

Very convenient location, close to a number of nice restaurants and tapas places. La Rambla is just around the corner. Metro station Diagonal is 5 minutes away. Welcome drink in the lobby for guests. The breakfast is awesome with fresh yogurt, fruits, made to order omelette and sparkling wine too.

You can see the cathedral from the terrace of the accommodation, but the terrace door was not opened for safety, but it was great! And the rooftop had a really good atmosphere, and the staff were all friendly, so I was able to use the hotel comfortably!

But the hygiene is too old to be honest, so there must be dead corners, so it is understandable. When I booked it, the price of around 3,000 was acceptable. He listened intently to our personal preferences and provided fantastic recommendations, including a wonderful nail salon when I was in need of a manicure. Xavi's restaurant and wine bar suggestions were spot on - we enjoyed some of the best local cuisine and wine during our stay, and have saved those recommendations for future visits. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful historic facade complemented by modern, well-appointed guest rooms and common areas. The amenities are top-notch, ensuring a safe, comfortable and convenient stay. From the luxurious bedding to the high-end toiletries, every aspect of the guest experience is carefully considered. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona, whether it's your first or fifth time in the city. We look forward to returning again soon.

The service was very good. They helped me book the restaurant. The check-in was very fast. The scenery was very good. It was suitable for my honeymoon. I will come again next time.
