The room is very good. It is not at the same level as the domestic Marriott, but the price is high, and the overall is better than other hotels around. It is the best by the sea. Advantages: It is very convenient to go to the beach, the pool is very clean, and the room has many bath towels to be used after swimming. The restaurant service is good, you can send it to the room, the water bar is also very complete, the sea view bed room has a good view, it is very recommended. Insufficient: the outdoor lounge chair is a bit dirty, should not be disturbed in time, the outdoor umbrella has tattered there, there is a ugly smell in the grass. There is no airport shuttle bus and bus, take a taxi for about 25 euros, the hotel can help call a taxi. Not bad.

The pool was excellent. The fitness room was small but fine with a few weights and cardio machines.

Location is great, very close to the beach. Very quiet at night. Amenities are complete, with a washing machine and complimentary cleaning supplies (dish washing liquid, laundry pod, sponge, etc.) However, cleanliness needs improving. Human hairs were found on the bed sheet, and food bits were still left in the kitchen sink drain.

The gentlemen on the front desk were so kind and attentive - I was always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! The breakfast selection was also great - the website pictures don't do it justice. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Thank you team Ciutadella!

There is a good bathtub, but the room and bed are very small.

Generally speaking, the surrounding environment is relatively deserted, all of which are graffiti areas. It is relatively close to the subway line 4 and walks about 400 meters. The parking lot costs 16 Euros / day. The entrance is very narrow and easy to scratch. The room is not large after adding a sofa bed, the facilities are very new, the bathtub easily slips, the room has ventilation problems, it is stuffy, the windows are useless, and the patio is sealed with glass and airtight. Stayed for 4 nights, the room was relatively careless, 2 nights of which either had one less bath towel or one less towel. There are many choices around breakfast, do not eat in the hotel.

We had a lot expected from the hotel, but it was simply not a cozy stay. The reception is beautiful and the restaurant also the Deluxe room immediately triggered my house dust mill allergy. Check-in is difficult because the bathroom is being repaired without contacting us in advance. I went because they said they would change to another hotel, and it was H10 cubic. I made a reservation for the H10 Metropolitan Terrace Room... I went to the changed room. It is a terrace shared by 4 rooms on the 1st floor. If you didn't close the curtains, you could clearly see the rooms next to you; The terrace itself is also surrounded by surrounding buildings.
