The Hotel Neri is both a wonderful place to stay and somewhat problematic. Getting there can be a challenge so have the hotel arrange for your transporation when you arrive at the airport. The staff is very friendly and will try to do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant. Everyone was warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the dining room was frustrating...it was under-staffed and took way too long. Also, the waiter did not have a good command of English so exchanging basic information was difficult. The hotel decor is fascinating. All very minimalist and modern with some unusal twists and turns. The room is relaxing and attractive. Just remember to bring a flashlight and ear plus. The lighting is dramatic and creates a wonderful atmosphere, however you can't read on the sofa because there is only ”mood lighting”. Right outside our window was a delightful courtyard belonging to a school. While all of the children were adorable I must warn you they are children and they make a lot of noise. Not just in the morning, but all day long. So bring ear plugs, or plan to get up early and stay out all day if you are looking for quiet. I suppose I would choose it again because it was such a kick and it's in a great location.

This hotel is very good the rooms are clean and fresh they give you the option for not getting your room serviced each day or not the staff are very helpful and will go out of there way to help you I needed and few tho g changed is transfers and a Covid test they could not of been more helpful The breakfast is very good with a large range of different food The roof top bar is a must do even if only for the view I had a lovely cocktail and a nice talk to the bar staff as I was alone and they made me feel very comfortable and welcome The location is excellent. In walking distance to the hop on hop off buses and other things I enjoyed been able to open my window in my room as I hate air conditioning and I find this hard to find in a lot of hotel I would highly recommend this hotel and if in Barcelona again I will be staying there

We recently stayed at the Majestic Barcelona. It was everything that one would expect of a five star hotel. The location is great - walking distance from many of the city's best attractions and restaurants. It also has a great rooftop bar that overlooks the city. The fine dining restaurant at the hotel is also very good, and we had an excellent dinner there. We did, however, have a problem with one aspect of the hotel. They advertise tours which are described in great detail on the hotel website. The problem is that as of our visit the website had not been updated post-Covid and the description of the very expensive tour that we booked was inaccurate and we did not what was advertised. After a lot of arguing on our part, and after initial push back by the hotel's management, the finally made things right. All's well that ends well, but it did put a tinge on an otherwise wonderful stay.

The room is generally satisfactory. It is located in a very good location on the street and opposite the tax refund office. It is very convenient to return to the hotel to put the things you buy. It is very convenient. Unfortunately, the breakfast is average, with very few items and almost no hot food. The room is not big, but it is still recommended mainly for its convenience. It is within walking distance to Casa Mila and Casa Barlotte.

Pros: Great location, near a metro station, cafes and restaurants Rooms are clean Great bed and shower Nice lounge area and pool on the roof top, although maxed out during busy times in the afternoon. Courteous staff Cons: No sauna, only a small steam room No kettle or fridge in the room Lack of space to hang towels to dry. For the amenities, I am referring to the room. Defect fridge door, very difficult to open the water in the shower, defect USB sockets, curtain can only 90% automatically close and some small things more. This is not the W standard I experienced before. Everything else as usual at W hotels. Very friendly service (can't give 5 points because I was waiting for my room unnecessarily long), nice restaurants with fantastic food, including breakfast.

The hotel is everything you need business or pleasure. The cocktails are sublime 😍. However ask for a room. At the front much better. The only negative is the breakfast we only ate once the cold options are good , however for 4 star hotel the hot was unbearable to eat the worst scrambled eggs I ever tasted I ask to get a fried egg and was told no. This is not the service of 4 stars they had 3 waiters all standing around just to make coffee the chef came out a couple time doing noting. It's such a pity. The breakfast staff are so unwilling to help. I must say the housekeeping is the best I ever seen and the reception staff amazing well done Nico... Will be back but not booking breakfast.

The room is spacious with a good view but that's about it. There's not much of a service, the front desk lady was not helpful at all and was not welcoming. Amenities: 3 euros per slippers You would have to ask for water bottle at the front desk (normally 1 euro) They only have a 2-in-1 shampoo & body wash and a tiny bar of soap. The only service I received was during checkout. The male staff was helpful and even gave a little gift card upon check out. I would prefer the gift card to be given upon check in so I could've used the discount during my time there.

VERY LONG WAITING FOR CHECK-IN, MORE THAN 45min ONLY FOR CHECK-IN , a lot of people , it's a big young tourist hotel ... Breackfast , Top of the top all is available , nothing to say more than , very good . Rooms !!!! not the same , very old and small space .
