Although the location is in the urban area, this hotel is not on the 8th floor, and there are 6 rooms in total. There is no store, and the sign at the door is not conspicuous, so it is not easy to find. After asking 2 local people, I finally cleared up the location. Because there are only 6 rooms in total, there are few service staff, and they may not be full-time staff. It is not easy to find them. Das ist kein Hotel nicht einmal eine Pension wie privat wohnen, Frühstück kein Gepäck nur Toastbrot. 7:30 Uhr wäre Frühstückszeit aber keiner vor Ort, Croissant müssen erst aufgebacken werden. Wurst und Käse stellen sie hin, ist sogar für Kleinkinder zu wenig, sozusagen.

Frankly....really very disappointed, the price should be halved for what it is! Firstly you have to do a master's degree in computer science to download and fill out an application to obtain an access code which is sent to you on the day of your arrival around 3pm....the Gatto Bianco application offers to guide you....but to the wrong place either at 124 instead of 130 or vice versa....great after 7 hours on the train with suitcases and people of a certain age. No reception but a sinister code door on the 8th floor which is poorly lit. The door crossed after a great moment of solitude, (will the code work...) the door finally opens and here is a tiny empty reception desk which welcomes you in a fortunately clean and well-lit corridor. A few more steps to reach your room where another digital code awaits you (the code is the same...fortunately) Basic room quite clean and sober, good bedding, except in the other room that we had rented where a colony of ants had settled in the bed. Obviously no one to contact at the ghost reception. We did the ant cleaning ourselves... The next day after a fairly good night despite the noise of the elevator, here we are at the very small breakfast with almost nothing to eat, (ultra minimalist) "served" by a nice sleepy lady who only spoke Italian ;-) we were able to make ourselves understood having an Italian speaker in our small group. The famous luggage storage included in the services is very far from the hotel and therefore discourages any customer from using it. We were able to add €40 from our own pocket to drop off our luggage in the one at the end of the street.... In conclusion: much too expensive for what it is and misleading site because you might think that someone is waiting for you instead of a code door, there is surely much better in Bari, we will not return.

Quattro giorni di soggiorno pieni di “sorprese”.Partiamo dalla fine. L’ultima sera (sabato28) rientriamo a mezzanotte e troviamo il bagno di una delle due stanze allagato: il lavandino goccia copiosamente da sotto. Chiamiamo l’unico cellulare di cui disponiamo e ci viene risposto”strano….era passato l’idraulico….ora non possiamo fare niente”…ci arrangiamo con secchi e coperte. Poche ore prima, nell’altra stanza, ho azzardato una doccia un po’ più lunga, giusto il tempo di lavarmi i capelli: quando erano insaponati, l’acqua è diventata freddo. Risposta, via messaggio, dal solito cellulare: l’idraulico ha detto che bisogna far scorrere l’acqua per riscaldarla. Peccato che stesse scorrendo da un po’ e fosse passata da calda a fredda. Primo giorno: mi ero accertata prima di prenotare che ci fosse una televisione funzionanete in camera. Il sito ne pubblicizza addirittura due: una anche in bagno. La sera c’era una partita importante (in chiaro) che non volevamo perdere. La televisione non funzionava, c’era una spina staccata che pendeva e non arrivava a nessuna presa visibile (in entrambe le camere). Risposta dal solito celulare: provate a rintonizzare i canali. Come? C’è voluto un tecnico, che è arrivato il giorno dopo. Quindi niente partita…. Questo solo per parlare della brillante assistenza. Unica persona gentile disponibile la ragazza che serviva la colazione e rifaceva le stanze
