The chalet is nice (we even stayed in a lake-facing apartment, amazing views), but I don't recommend this place. At the time of booking, it's not clear that they charge an extra 15% (after a lot of discussion, we managed to get them to charge "only" 10%) for credit card payments on top of the value shown on Booking to make the reservation. They did send a message later informing us about this additional charge for credit card use - which we didn't see before - but we feel cheated because this fee should not exist. We talked to several other nearby hotels and apartments, and they told us that this charge is abusive, and we should report them to the tourism office - something we will do. Another point that is not clear when making the reservation is that you have to wash the glasses, cutlery, and plates you use during your stay. The breakfast is decent but does not include cold cuts (cheese, ham, etc.), only toast and sweet croissants, with milk and coffee. The service was polite, and the cleanliness was good, along with effective heating. However, I believe it's important for everyone to know about the above points that they DO NOT inform you about at the time of booking, so that you don't feel deceived like we did. These are important (and simple) aspects that, in my opinion, the management of the apartment could improve to make the guests' experience much better.

Everything was very correct and dedicated attention. Prime location. Some things could be improved, such as the kitchen items that were missing some basics. Soft towels and large beds, very comfortable. And the shower was whimsical. In any case, I would gladly stay again.

The complex has a very good location, close to the center if you have a car, the cabins are clean, beautiful, acclimatized at times, and have everything you need to cook. In my case, I went with kids, for summer I would choose another place that has outdoor space. The day is very long and you could enjoy somewhere in the same complex if you do not do full-day excursions. But in winter I guess it must be great. Something very bad and that's why I didn't rate it with 5 stars is that I woke up at 7am every day due to conversations in the cabin next door (I literally heard the conversations since the room overlooked the living room) and that the supposed blackout of The room was not blackout and a lot of light came in. There is no physical reception because they are in the other Altos del Nahuel complex, but we communicated when we needed something by WhatsApp and they responded very quickly.

It was an incredible vacation. The complex helped to have those good experiences since it was in excellent condition, equipped to stay comfortably. Ask for the abundant breakfast (not the dry one), you won't regret it since it is a varied, abundant and delicious breakfast (I would add some scrambled eggs if you ask for advice). They have overnight laundry service that saved my life since we decided to stay a little longer to take advantage of the snow. The upper floors have a unique panoramic view. The price seemed good to me for what they offer and the good building conditions of the place (it seemed new). Cabin No. 6 did not have very good clarity on the TV in the room but it did not affect us since when we watched TV it was in the dining room where it worked perfectly. Thank you for your good disposition, we will return next year!
